October Theme
The Main Thing!
Message of Hope Week 1 Revelation 5:1-14 Week 2 Revelation 8:1-5
Back To The Future: Hope in Revelation Hello Adventure Guides - This month we will be exploring the Book of Revelation. It is a challenging way to kick off Kids X Clubs, but we can do it! You will find everything you need in your Adventure Guide Backpacks including your curriculum, thumb drive for media, Bibles and copies of the Reinforce handouts. The Activate Section sometimes includes crafts; when possible those supplies will be included. The Curriculum guides will also be made available electronically on the kidsX page of our website. nccpumc.com/kidsx
Even for adults, Revelation can be a difficult read, but we will keep the main theme simple and clear. Our theme is “sometimes life is difficult or scary.; it seems like the bad guys are winning, but in Revelation, God promises us victory in Jesus, and not just in the future, but here and now. This book is ultimately about hope. We will hit that message home each week. The Whirl Kids Story Bible is limited this month; therefore, you may want to use the Kids Study Bible, and paraphrase it for pre-schoolers.
Week 3 Revelation 13:5-18 Week 4 Revelation 15:1-8 Week 5 Revelation 21:1-7 (stay in worship)
