BEEF TENDERLOIN

“Tender and lean, you can’t go wrong with this cut of beef.”

INGREDIENTS:

1 whole beef tenderloin Olive oil Salt Pepper

METHOD:

1. Rub tenderloin with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. 2. Sear on all sides on a grill (preferred) or sautee pan. 3. Place in 350-375°F oven.

For medium rare cook for 25-35 minutes. For medium cook for 35-45 minutes. 4. Once beef is pulled from the oven, remove from hot roasting pan and place on cutting board to let rest. (All meat should rest for 5-7 minutes before cutting.) 5. Slice beef and serve plated or family style with your favorite sauce.
