CCPS ACTIVITIES GUIDE • SPRING/SUMMER 2018

from Dr. Kamela Patton the parenting magazine devoted to collier county

P.O. Box 110656 Naples 34108 info@neafamily.com

Welcome to the 2018 Spring/ Summer CCPS Activities Guide!

I cannot believe we are coming to the end of another successful school year. In just a few weeks, our classrooms will be empty and our bulletin boards will be cleared…but learning and activities will continue. Summer can be a fun and exciting time for families. You may be planning a special family vacation, visiting relatives you might not have seen in a while, or planning activities to keep your child engaged. As a parent or guardian, it sometimes can be a daunting and time-consuming task to research available activities in the area. That is where the 2018 Spring/Summer CCPS Activities Guide comes in to help! Enclosed you will find information on summer camps, tutoring, sports programs, music and art classes, and so much more…all in one place! This guide was developed in partnership with Neapolitan Family and is distributed to nearly 50,000 students across the district. It debuted last year as a one-stop shop for activities for students and families in the community. Our goal is to be all-inclusive and give as many businesses and organizations the opportunity to participate, free of charge. We hope you find this information useful as you begin to prepare your plans for the summer. Enjoy! Kamela Patton, Ph.D. Superintendent
