A Workshop on ‘Climate Literacy’

Keeping in mind the core idea of making Pune carbon neutral by the year 2030, a workshop on Climate Literacy and Action for Pune was launched. This was a joint initiative by Pune International Centre (PIC) and the Centre for Environment Education (CEE). The focus of the workshop was on key contributing sectors to this mission and ways in which people engagement may be achieved, both individually and collectively.

The workshop was convened by Prof. Amitav Mallik, Trustee, PIC and Chairman of Programmes Committee while Dr. Raghunath Mashelkar, President, PIC was the keynote speaker for the event.
