In the same manner, the modern exteriors paired with vintage accents will help achieve a visual balance and a sense of familiarity. The top floor is cantilevered in order to provide a diversion in the circulation pattern of the house. It also creates valuable space such as a balcony as well as service areas.
There is a slashed wall placed in the middle of the structure which denotes the irregularity and clash of two cultures in his life. However, the rooms still are seamlessly connected. The way he portrays harmony of two worlds in his designs.
