Environmental project engineering and/or project management role on a wide variety of project tasks related to hazardous building material assessments, indoor air quality, phased environmental site assessments, site remediation, and environmental compliance monitoring Project Management, coordination and direction of project team activities and direction of junior project staff Preparation of technical proposals and reports Liaison with clients, regulators, sub-consultants and sub-contractors Contribution to business development and client relationship management
Skills / Qualifications • • • • • •
Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering/Science or a related field; advanced degrees and capability to achieve professional accreditation considered an asset A minimum of 5 to 10 years progressive consulting experience providing environmental services, with an emphasis on hazardous building materials assessments and indoor air quality assessments Must be a self-starter able to work with limited supervision Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize several assignments at one time, while ensuring delivery within specific deadlines and budgets Career focused with a commitment to advance within a multidisciplinary organization Knowledge of local market would be an asset
