HEARVARD STEPPING UP TO MANAGEMENT™ ONLINE LEARNING MPLOYMENT’SSTANDARDS BY PROVINC THE HARVARD STEPPING UP TO MANAGEMENT ONLINE TRAINING PROGRAM is designed to assist any employee that is or may eventually become a leader or who works in groups develop transferable people management skills. The comprehensive online training program has an environmentally focused curriculum consisting of 8 targeted modules that are prioritized according to the employee’s needs and role requirements.

Organizing Resources, Time & Meetings: Handle administrative responsibilities efficiently, hold meetings effectively, and manage your time. Managing a Group: Discover the key elements of creating a high-performing team establishing clear processes, clarifying communication standards, developing group norms and culture, protecting the team, and determining team performance measures. Supporting Your Boss & Organization: Understand your boss’s agenda, foster an atmosphere of partnership, develop unit and individual performance goals, and align those goals with the company’s strategic objectives. HEARVARD STEPPING UP TO MANAGEMENT™ ONLINE LEARNING MPLOYMENT’SSTANDARDS BY PROVINC FEATURES Each module contains the following 6 sections: Overview: Introduction to topic, interactive activities, learning objectives and resources. Foundations: Foundational reading, based on learning objectives, external related articles. Activity: Video or case studies with corresponding questions. Tools: Downloadable tools and templates. Reflections: Guided process to track and go over key learning points. Action Plans: Downloadable templates to plan how to put new knowledge into action. Each module offers a variety of templates and tools for future.

TIME CONSTRAINTS Learners have open access to all modules for a period of 3 months from registration. Each module takes an average of 2 hours to complete.

CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION Upon successful completion of Harvard’s Stepping Up To Management™ Online Learning Program, graduates receive an official Certificate of Completion. In order to graduate and receive this certificate, learners must pass each end of module exam and complete all course materials.
