As a valued member of our Energy Conservation Team, you will play an integral role in the development and implementation of commercial energy conservation programs. Your key responsibilities include: developing relationships with commercial customers; generating new program participation leads for commercial conservation programs; keeping informed of customers’ business including operations, financial status, organizational structure, and industry trends; establishing program budgets and forecasts; reviewing projects and conducting onsite inspections to determine eligibility; maintaining knowledge of local, national and industry trends and legislation regarding energy conservation technologies and programs; and, maintaining productive relationships with provincial and national conservation stakeholders. Your qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or Technology, or a related discipline, supplemented with four years of commercial sales experience. Your proven track record of success in sales and knowledge of the business to business sales process is essential. Your ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines is a must.
