The speaker for this session is Julia Mota, partner of Mota Advogados, a boutique law firm specialized in foreign investment, corporate law and oil and gas. Julia has a master in International Law by University of Marseille III, France and has been active in the oil and gas sector assisting companies to do business in Brazil since 1997. Her main expertise is in structuring business transactions, besides a solid knowledge and experience in corporate law, drafting, analysis and negotiation of contracts in general.
