Today’s Foster Parents Today’s foster families are skilled, valued partners who parent, nurture and advocate for children in their care, and who mentor and support the child’s birth parents. They leave lifelong impressions on children in their care and are privileged to positively impact the futures of children and families in our community. Today’s foster parents are business owners, soccer moms and retirees. By day, they teach school, sell real estate and work construction. By night, they read bedtime stories, help with homework and give hugs. They work as partners with birth parents, case managers, guardian ad litems, schools and judges to nurture, love and advocate for children in their care. Being a champion for a child in foster care means, as their foster parent, you help bring stability to their life during a time of trauma and help shape their future. Foster parents leave lifelong impressions on children in their care and are privileged to positively impact the futures of children and families in our community.

Am I Ready? How Much Room Do I Need in My Home? You must have enough bedroom space for each foster child placed in your home. They may share a bedroom with your child or another foster child of the same gender. They must have a bed of their own and cannot share a bed nor sleep on a cot or trundle bed.

Neighborhood News & Lifestyles

A foster child may not share a bedroom with any adult nor can the adult move out of their bedroom and sleep on the couch to make room. Does My Home Need to Pass Inspection? It is important that children live in a safe and clean environment. During the home study process, you will be asked to have a health inspection done in your home. Your home must be free of potential dangers and risks. You must have working smoke detectors and fire extinguishers and, if you have pets, they must be current with vaccinations and not present a danger to children in your home. What Are The Physical and Emo-

tional Requirements to Foster? Being a foster parent can be demanding, therefore you must be healthy and emotionally stable. You may be asked to complete a physical exam or provide medical clearance to help establish the state of your physical and emotional health. What Are the Screening Requirements? Thorough background screenings are conducted on all prospective foster families, including Abuse Registry, local criminal and federal criminal clearances (fingerprinting). Background screenings and child abuse clearances are required for all household members. What Are the Financial Requirements? While you don’t have to be rich to be a foster parent, you must have adequate income to meet you own family’s needs. You can either own your home or rent. Foster parents are given stipends called “board rates” for the substitute care they provide; the amount of this varies by the age of the child. However, the monthly board rate you will receive is not income. During the home study process, you will be asked to show proof of income and financial stability. What About My Marital Status?

Foster parents can be single, married, divorced or in a domestic partnership How Do I Know When I’m Ready? You will know you are ready when your life and home are stable. “Stable” means that you are not about to move and you are not having financial, marital, physical or emotional difficulties. Your home must be in good condition and you must be ready to commit to 36 hours of pre-service training (if you’re married, both parents must attend). Foster parenting impacts the entire family; therefore, everyone in your home should be supportive of your decision. Aging is a Part of Life, but it Does Not Mean You Have to Feel Old! By Marcy Sanford The way we feel, the way we think, the way we heal, the way we look is all dictated by our body’s hormones. If you’ve had difficulty losing weight, often feel sluggish, have lost your sex drive or are starting to see signs of aging, Tampa Rejuvenation can help.

Stop the Negative Signs of Aging “As you get older, both men and women begin to lose levels of estrogen and testosterone,” says Gina Pastore, ARNP-MSN, board certified antiaging specialist. “Undiagnosed thyroid conditions can also cause a hormonal imbalance. With bio-identical hormone replacement therapy, we run a full screen of lab tests on a blood or saliva sample to determine if hormone levels have declined. A compound pharmacy then creates hormones that

12

are identical to the ones found within your body. The purpose is to establish hormonal balance, which will help you regain your energy, stamina, even your body’s ability to lose weight. As hormones start to rebalance, some patients are able to cut back and in some cases even stop other medications such as blood pressure, cholesterol, diabetes and sleep medications.” Depending upon the patients’ lifestyles, methods of administration can be customized to a cream, trochee, capsule, injection or even pellets. “There is no reason to accept the negative effects of aging,” says Tampa Rejuvenation client Carol. “At 35 years old I began noticing changes in my body and the way I felt. I gained 20 pounds, was always tired, and my desire for sex disappeared. I went to several doctors and they told me I was normal and that what I was feeling is part of normal aging. Award Winning Discovery Point Suncoast Crossings By Julie Kanehl If you’re looking for a daycare or preschool for your infant or preschooler, you’re going to want to check out Discovery Point Suncoast Crossings for your child. Located at 1812 Crossings Boulevard in Odessa, just moments from State Road 54 and the Suncoast Parkway, Discovery Point Suncoast Crossings sets the bar high, exceeds already lofty expectations, and does all of the above with so much heart that you can feel the love the moment you step onto the campus. Award winning and completely dedicated to excellence, Discovery Point Suncoast Crossings pulls out all the stops for your child’s education, making each day a fun journey that includes a detailed curriculum that focuses on STEAM (science, technology, engineering, arts, mathematics), hands-on learning activities, indoor and outdoor play, and even a hot lunch served by the school’s cook! Owned and operated by husband and wife team, Salim and Andrea Karnaby, who bought this Discovery Point location in January 2011, Discovery Point Suncoast Crossings has won awards for being the number one Discovery Point preschool across the nation every year since. Salim and Andrea contribute the success of their center to, “Incredible parents and a dedicated and caring staff that are just as passionate as they are about these children.” Andrea and Salim state, “It truly is a team effort here and you feel that the moment you walk in. We are all really one big family here! We all love these kids and we love what we do!” It’s the Karnabys and their dedication and commitment to providing

14

a higher level of educational excellence that has parents at this location really talking. Combined with a remarkable group of teachers and staff members that share the same vision, Discovery Point Suncoast Crossings is truly something special. Parent Joy Rumore said, “I couldn’t imagine my kids anywhere else. We absolutely LOVE every teacher and staff member. I feel at peace knowing my kids are in such a safe, fun, protective environment & they are cared for 100 percent.” Before owning their own school, Salim Karnaby used to be a police officer in New York City, and his beautiful wife Andrea had a career in visual merchandising, as well as a background in preschool care. After having four children of their own, who all attend programs at Discovery Point Suncoast Crossings, they felt a stirring to create a school that would go far beyond the realm of a typical daycare. Their goal was to enrich the lives of the children there, all the while providing them with access to educational resources and tools that give them a chance to further develop their little personalities! Discovery Point Suncoast Crossings is convenient to Pasco and Hillsborough Counties, and offers incredible educational programs including infant care, preschool, and VPK. More than a daycare, Discovery Point Suncoast Crossings offers before and after school care, enrichment programs and summer camps. What’s more, the owners are even opening a private school for school-aged students that will be adjacent to the preschool called Christian Crossings. Scheduled to open this fall, Christian Crossings will give their many students the opportunity to continue to grow

Salim Karnaby (above) and his wife Andrea own and operate Discovery Point Suncoast Crossings in Odessa and learn together. Raising the Bar! Discovery Point Suncoast Crossings is an Apple Accredited Center that has won the coveted “High Five” School of Excellence award three years in a row, making them the top Discovery Point Center in the entire nation. Also earning the distinction of being a “President’s Award” winner, the Karnabys have been raising the bar since they began. Thinking outside the box sometimes, they’ve come up with some really unique ideas to encourage students to be excited about education. One of the things that the students like most is using the SMARTboard, which widens the classroom’s walls to include the entire world. Recently, the Karnabys had the

JANUARY 2015

opportunity to buy the building adjacent to Discovery Point’s daycare, and they did so in order to add their “VPK Achievement Center.” Interviewing the children, parents and teachers, they created an amazing environment aimed at learning! They added unique elements like reading nooks, portable science labs, an organic garden, an interactive lobby that looks like it’s right off the set of a Disney television show, and even lockers! It’s very possible that your children will be having so much fun while you’re at work that they may not want to come home at the end of the day! Elena Hatton says, “Amazing facilities, owners and teachers! They are like our second family. The dedication that they provide makes me proud to send my son there.”

Discovery Point Suncoast Crossings Scored 100 Percent for VPK! Kindergarten readiness is the name of the game when you own a preschool, and their VPK program earned a 100 percent, perfect score, ranking them in the top one percent in the entire state of Florida. Talk about educational excellence! Add in all of the fun that these kids are having at school, and you’ve set the ground rules for a child who will be successful in school for their whole lives. Yes, it actually starts that early! Nicole Harrison said, “There are so few schools around here that offer such an inclusive environment. Having

a son with special needs, I know how rare this is. And the owners are constantly raising the bar – better teachers, higher standards...even a spray park for fun in the summer! It’s a great school.” That’s right, Salim and Andrea built a spray park, as well as shaded areas in many of their playgrounds so that during the summer months the children can still go outside and play. Each age group actually has their own play area filled with age-appropriate toys, playground equipment and activities. It’s safe to say that while you are at work, you child will be making the most of their time at school!

Being the busy parents of four children who also attend Discovery Point Suncoast Crossings, the Karnabys and the teachers and staff have a knack for incorporating each family into their child’s classroom. For example, the classrooms all have an area where the children can see their family’s pictures during the day, and of course parents are always welcome at any time. Triton Care, Inc. is Here to Help You With All Your Insurance Needs

By Pam Sica When you are looking for insurance, on either a personal, small business or corporate level, Triton Care is right there, ready to help you create the perfect solution to fit all of your

needs and requirements and reduce your overall expense. And, more importantly, they go the extra mile to ensure legal compliance. As you well know, much has changed in the insurance landscape over the past year and a tremendous

need has arisen, especially for the independent consumer, to have a knowledgeable and helping hand with the daunting task of wading through the plethora of forms within the new online Health Insurance Marketplace. Very shortly, on November 15th, Open Enrollment begins. Michael Matthews and Lee Judy both know the ropes and with their unique “architectural approach” at Triton Care, they are available to assist you with their collective forty+ years of experience. Between the

two of them, they have an impressive resume, having run insurance companies, having built networks, and having held a senior leadership position within a major insurance carrier. Triton Care specifically understands what it takes to satisfy the requirements of large clients as well; their largest engagement having focused on the health care needs of well over four thousand members. To be honest, I didn’t, but did you know that most businesses in Tampa are run with fewer than twenty employees? Triton Care is particularly poised to assist those smaller businesses in developing the best possible approach to ensure compliance with ever-changing health insurance regulations, while being especially cognizant of their clients’ bottom line. To be sure, Triton Care is a full-service Insurance Agency, offering a one-stop shop for cost-effective coverage in Health (both individual and group), Workman’s Compensation, General Liability and Life and Disability, as well as Commercial insurance offerings.

Understandably, everyone in today’s automated world is increasingly concerned with privacy and securing their personal information. That is what is especially significant about working with the Triton Care professionals, who most often, will enroll their clients over the phone, thereby reducing the volume of private data exchange over the Internet. Then, each conversation is assigned a unique record number to provide continuity throughout the engagement. Typically, they can accomplish your individual enrollment within a day’s time and a small business’ requirements can be accommodated within a week. As ever, privacy as well as advocacy are the definitive watch words, all incorporated with a personal touch that will leave you feeling confident and satisfied that you have obtained the best possible coverage available on the market. In their current North Dale Mabry office for about a year now, Michael and Lee have been working together since 2006, truly giving back to their community by having been designated as Insurance Specialists with some local charities. As a trusted resource, they have had the opportunity to facilitate discussions as well as enrollment activities on several occa-

sions for the charity membership. “The personal touch is often what is missed in the Enrollment Process. That is where Triton Care excels, taking the approach that service is personal and unique to each individual,” noted Michael. “We want everyone to understand that we’re here to help make the process more user-friendly,” added Lee, knowing that Triton Care has helped many of its clients to alleviate their anxiety regarding pre-existing conditions, out-of-pocket expenses, and other similarly valid concerns. Need to navigate your way through the rocky shoals of the constantly changing insurance world? As is typified by the triton in their logo (that light that steadily beams from a lighthouse), consider letting Triton Care be your personal beacon to help you find safe harbor. Triton Care is located at 13902 North Dale Mabry Highway, Suite 217 in Tampa. For more information or to set up a confidential interview please call (813) 699-3211 x101 or x102 or email Lee Judy at LJudy@TritonCare.com or Michael Matthews at MMatthews@TritonCare.com.

Golden Spirit Alpaca Ranch By Katie Thomas In the heart of Odessa, you will find a sprawling, 75-acre farm that is dedicated to the sustainable care of alpaca. Beautiful, peaceful and docile the alpaca is an animal with Peruvian roots dating back to the Incan Indians. Once hunted, almost to extinction, the Inca Indians realized the wealth and many uses of alpaca fleece, which led to the animal’s preservation. Today, Golden Spirit Alpaca Ranch continues the tradition of preserving alpaca for the utilization of fleece through dedicated care and compassion. Golden Spirit Alpaca Ranch is home to 185 alpacas that have been hand-selected and raised with the utmost care. Each

animal, from the lovable babies to the mothers and herd-sires, is treated with love, quality care and complete compassion, which is why Golden Spirit is a leader in alpaca farming. Ranch owners Brenda and Frank Crum began Golden Spirit Alpaca Ranch in 2006. The couple began their ranch with just a few animals, but Brenda’s drive and passion for learning soon led to a bigger journey that has become Golden Spirit Alpaca Ranch. Brenda says, “We wanted to get involved with an animal that would offer a sustainable product, while being unique and personable. The alpaca is a very independent animal with varying personality traits. Understanding each animal’s unique personality has helped us build the framework of Golden Spirit. From the very beginning of working in the alpaca industry, I embarked on a journey of learning with Frank. We consulted with business leaders and veterinarians, researched feed and nutrition, and dove in to get our hands dirty. We soaked in as much information as possible by continuously attending shows and getting involved in industry associations. The time we spent learning from the animals and other leaders in the industry helped us with our ranch so much, which is why I now spend a lot of time sharing what I have learned with other alpaca enthusiasts. We are here to pre-

Brenda Crum and one of the alpacas at the Golden Spirit Alpaca Ranch in Odessa, which also has a retail store where you can purchase clothing made from alpaca wool. serve the health of our animals, focus on quality fleece production and to share the knowledge we gain with the community.” Over the past eight years, Golden Spirit has accumulated many awards for animal excellence, due to their continued perseverance of high caliber animals. During alpaca shows, the animals are judged based upon fleece quality, color, proper gait, structure, reproduction ability and other criteria. When showing alpaca fleece, judges base their awards on six different grades, which range from coarse to ultra fine. Golden Spirit Alpaca Ranch has won blue ribbon awards, competitive banners and more for fleece, structure and animal behavior. Brenda says, “We

breed our alpacas based upon quality of animals that will produce a nice fiber. I am very content selling our product to weavers and spinners. Our retail store has some amazing all-natural fiber products that are not only beautiful, but sustainable and organic. The alpaca is truly an amazing animal; we are able to utilize 95 percent of shorn fiber from each alpaca.” At Golden Spirit Alpaca Ranch, the goal is to know, study, monitor and enjoy each animal. Golden Spirit’s dedication to the wellbeing and stature of each animal allows them to offer the finest available animals on the market with: solid conformation, superior density, amazing fineness, fleece uniformity, second-to-none presence and

unparalleled genetics. The qualities mentioned are what make Golden Spirit Alpaca Ranch the best place to buy, breed or board when it comes to alpaca. Many people buy an alpaca from Golden Spirit and board there. Brenda explained to me that others will buy an alpaca as an alternative to a family dog. “They can make wonderful companions and teach responsibility to kids, without the hassle of an inside pet. A bit of land, the proper protection and a lot of love are a few things an alpaca needs to become a family pet,” says Brenda. “They are relatively easy to maintain with the proper knowledge and care.” In addition to boarding, breeding

and selling alpaca, Golden Spirit Alpaca Ranch has a retail store that will soon be expanding. I was able to touch the quality of product sold at Golden Spirit and felt amazed at the softness and warmth of the jackets, shawls and scarves. From knit toys made from alpaca fleece to rugs, purses, scarves, hats, socks and outer wear, there is really no limit to what can be made from the amazingly soft and durable fleece of the alpaca. Brenda and Frank are in the process of expanding the retail selection of the ranch in a few months time and both are looking forward to offering the community a chance to experience the wonders of alpaca clothing and materials. Shorn alpaca fleece can be dyed to get the colors you want, so if you are looking for an all-natural fiber rug or type of material, Golden Spirit can accommodate your needs. The ranch uses natural organic dyes that are environmentally friendly, so you can feel

good about making a conscientious purchase that is not only sustainable, but beautiful and well crafted as well. Golden Spirit Alpaca Ranch hosts events and seminars for educational purposes and awareness. On January 24th, Dr. Norm Evans will be teaching a lesson on how to become a confident alpaca midwife. The Neonatal Clinic and Wet Lab will include hands-on practice, in addition to a wealth of knowledge provided by Dr. Norm Evans whom is a renowned veterinarian with a focus on alpacas. Other events and seminars will be going on throughout the year, so make sure to

sign up for the Golden Spirit Alpaca Ranch; email blast at www.goldenspiritalpaca.com. If you are interested getting involved with the animal, breeding, buying, boarding, taking a tour or you just want to know more about the wonderful breed of alpaca, please call (813) 920-2475, email info@goldenspiritalpaca.com, visit www.goldenspiritalpaca.com or check out their facebook page! “Diamond Dental” Continued from page 1 help you gain more confidence with your smile and expert check-ups and cleanings that will leave your teeth feeling great, Diamond Dental can help you if you need a root canal, wisdom tooth extraction, or implants. Dr. Abramov says there have been major advancements in dental implants that make them a good solution for patients who might have had trouble with them before. “We now have a 3-D digital imaging machine that helps us provide better treatment for patients with limited bone structure. If their dentures do not fit properly or are uncomfortable, the new images will show us where the bone density is the greatest so we’ll know where to place the implants for optimum comfort and success.” At Diamond Dental, they understand that you can’t always get to appointments before 5 o’clock. To accommodate your busy schedule and make sure they are available for you when you need them, they are open on Sundays and after 5 o’clock on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. They also know that if you or

22

someone you love has a dental emergency, you want to take care of it right away. Dr. Abramov and his staff are available to help you when there is an emergency any time of the day or night. Patients First Philosophy Everyone at Diamond Dental practices a “patients first philosophy.” In addition to giving you expert care, they make sure you’re comfortable, understand the treatments you’re receiving, and have help with any insurance issues. “I am very proud of the staff at Diamond Dental,” says Dr. Abramov. “They are very knowledgeable and caring. Our hygienist and other staff always take extra steps to make sure our patients are comfortable during cleanings or other procedures. Our front desk provides excellent customer service. Jennifer goes above-and-beyond to help educate patients and make sure they understand their insurance benefits. In many instances, she has gone to bat for our patients to make sure the insurance provides them with the benefits they deserve.” Dr. Abramov spends time with each of his patients to explain the dental treatments they will receive under

his care. His gentle approach helps alleviate any worries that patients may have had about going to dentist. Diamond Dental is equipped with the most up-to-date software and technology available. Dr. Abramov uses the technology to give his patients the best treatments available and to educate them every step of the way. One unique teaching tool that Dr. Abramov has incorporated into his practice is a camera that can take photos of the inside of your mouth. At each patient’s initial exam, Diamond Dental takes a series of fullcolor, digital x-rays and intraoral photographs. These are used to review treatment and are kept in patients’ records for future review and comparison if necessary. “Since X-rays are only in black and white, it is often difficult for patients to see what we are talking about,” says Dr. Abramov. “The fullcolor photos we take allow them to see inside their mouth. We want to make sure that our patients are fully informed and educated about their dental choices. These photos along with their X-rays help educate them.” If you’re looking for a dentist who puts your care first, turn to Diamond Dental. You’re sure to leave

Clearwater Lady Bombers 00 are Flashing Bling!

Congratulations to the Clearwater Lady Bombers 00 team and coaches - the girls live all around the Tampa Bay area The Clearwater Lady Bombers 00 fast pitch softball team is the 2014 ESPN World Series Champs and the young athletes recently received their championship rings! All of us at Neighborhood News & Lifestyles would like to congratulate the Clearwater Lady Bombers 00! We brought you the news back in August about their win, and they have been busy ever since winning! “Girls got their rings tonight!! Teamwork is how we get it done!! Celebrate ladies. Proud we are!!”

24

That was the facebook post of one really proud mom of one the Clearwater Lady Bombers 00. The families and friends of these girls have watched as the team has wrecked the competition, taking it all the way to become the 2014 ESPN World Series Champs. The Clearwater Lady Bombers 00 fast pitch softball team has 13 players – 12 are in 8th grade and 1 is in the 7th grade. The girls, ages 13

and 14 years old, are from all over the Tampa Bay area, but play in the Clearwater Lady Bombers organization, run by president Tony Grat. The players are: Athena Andrews, Natalie Zweig, Jenna Wojnar, Kendyl Crean, Gillian Sladden, Grace Hastings, Anna Dumovich, Bayley Williams, Morgan Dansby, Mia Merson, Devyn Howard, Lauren Jarnagin and Jane Wickett. The girls are coached by Tom Sladden, Jason Jar-

nagin, Bryan Williams and Tim Zweig. Head coach Tom Sladden says that the ultimate goal for the players is a college scholarship. He gives a breakdown of what we can expect from the Lady Bombers 00, “Since the USSSA World Series back in July, we have played many USSSA, NSA & ASA tournaments, as well as some college showcase tournaments. Even though we are still 14u age group,

colleges are looking at younger and younger players. Nine of our players have started high school this year and all of them will be playing for their high school teams – East Lake, J.W. Mitchell, Seminole, Tarpon Springs, Tampa, Plant and St. Pete High. Two of our players are in 8th grade. Since high school softball will be demanding – practicing every day as well as 20-plus game schedule, our Lady Bombers team will be shut down until the end of April. Our long-term goal is to get all of our players signed to a college scholar-

ship. Our short-term goal is to win an ASA National Qualifier, so we can play in the ASA National Tournament in Virginia in the summer of 2015. We do have one more tournament before we shut down and that is the D9 Winter Showcase at Disney on January 17 and 18.” “Fast pitch travel softball is a year around sport,” adds Sladden. “I would like to thank the parents of all the players for all of the sacrifices made for the girls throughout the year.”

“Panini’s” Continued from page 1 Panini’s has a large indoor dining area, as well as an outdoor lounge area complete with seating and a fire pit. The outside patio will accommodate 120 people, and inside there is plenty of seating, making Panini’s the perfect choice for your next big gathering. Of course with a menu full of all-American favorites, a full bar with great drink specials, and 33 beers on tap, Panini’s Bar and Grill is perfect for lunch, dinner and late night! I took my 17-year-old, who is a lineman and weightlifter with one heck of an appetite, to Panini’s for lunch and we did what you’re supposed to do at this place – overstuffed! Everything was delicious, the place was upbeat and everyone was happy from the customers to the servers, and while we didn’t meet the kitchen staff – they sure did turn out great eats and fast! We did meet Panini’s Manager Jeff Roberts, who very recently took over running Panini’s. Jeff has worked for the owners of the Panini’s Bar and Grill franchise for more than 15 years. They asked Jeff to move here to Tampa to take over the running of the Lutz location, and he threw himself fully into making Panini’s a locale that people want to come back – the friendly and favorite neighborhood bar and grill. Jeff also is overseeing the opening of the Panini’s Bar and Grill in Westchase later this month, which he will manage as well. From the Heart of Cleveland to Tampa Bay! Panini’s Bar and Grill opened its first restaurant in May of 1986 in the heart of Cleveland, the Flats Entertainment District. Since then, Panini’s has grown from its original location, a late-night beer and sandwich stop, to a full-menu, casual dining restaurant with locations all over Northeast Ohio. Panini’s Bar and Grill in Lutz is the first location to open in Florida. People love the relaxed atmosphere and the excellent food at Panini’s, and with menu items that fill your tank without breaking your bank; Panini’s is a score! You might want to come for the fun, but bring your appetite! You’ll want to Get Overstuffed® with the great menu choices, including the sandwich that put Panini’s Bar and Grill on the map – first in Ohio and now in Florida – the Famous Over-

Starters here are plentiful and will definitely whet your appetite! With choices like Spinach & Artichoke Triple Cheese Dip served with Parmesan tortilla chips, or Hummus topped with sweet pepper and artichoke tapenade served with Parmesan pita wedges and veggies, you could make a meal on appetizers! Veggie lovers will love the Veggie Flat Wrap and you can just try a crowd-pleasing Combo Basket, which has a variety of the starters including fried mozzarella, fried pickles, onion rings and a jumbo pretzel! Tantalizing choices include the Sesame Chicken, the Fiesta Black Bean, Chicken Caesar, Cobb, Antipasto and many more. Panini’s Famous Overstuffed Sandwich™ is a BIG deal! And in more ways than one – first of all it’s a great deal at $7.99, but it is also BIG! From Panini’s humble beginnings on the East Bank of the Flats in Downtown Cleveland back in 1986, Panini’s Bar & Grill has expanded and grown, and Clevelanders and Ohioans alike will tell you it’s because of Panini’s Overstuffed Sandwich™. The famous sandwiches are made with fresh baked Italian bread & overstuffed with handcut fries, signature slaw, tomato & melted provolone. You choose capicola, roast beef, corned beef, cheese steak, hard salami, tuna salad, pastrami, turkey, a cheese combo, or have it breakfast-style with bacon, ham and egg.
