Members of Anytime Fitness Keystone, located at the corner of Gunn Highway and Van Dyke Road, say that being a member is like having their own personal, state-of-the art gym with extra, added benefits. But at Anytime Fitness Keystone, in addition to the benefits you’ll get from being a member of the number one global franchise according to Entrepreneur Magazine, you’ll also be a part of a local club with a friendly, neighborhood feel – one where you’ll look forward to working out. “Our members are like one big family,” says owner James Magliulo.

“Our members really take care of the gym and look out for one another. It is a very supportive environment here.” Anytime Fitness Keystone recently underwent a complete renovation, which included installing revolutionary, new anti-microbial carpet, which kills germs on contact. When sweat germs hit this carpet, they are immediately eliminated which means when you walk into Anytime Fitness Keystone you only smell fresh air, not that sweaty, stale smell you sometimes find in other gyms. James says that people often remark on how spacious the club is when they walk in the door. At 5,000 square feet, See “Anytime Fitness” on page 18.

Family Fun with Horses at Suncoast Stables Suncoast Stables, at 1108 Altamont Lane in Odessa has a fun, family-friendly event planned for Saturday, February 20th. Owner Krystle Lee invites the community to come out and meet the horses. The fun begins at 5 p.m. with a barn tour, but that is just the beginning of an evening of fun and horsing around! There will also be a horseback riding demonstration, a grooming station demonstration and a chance to win a 4-pack of free riding lessons. And what better way to wrap up an evening of horseplay than a free, kid-friendly horse movie watched on a blanket under the stars? This event is free but bring some cash because there will be food and drinks for purchase, as well as face painting for the kids. Nick Stoll, owner of 3 Brother’s Pizza (at Van Dyke and Gunn in Odessa) is providing pizza at cost, and proceeds will benefit Suncoast Stables’ Youth Club and Saving Grace for Equines, a 501(c) 3 non-profit organization focused on the rescue of American Saddlebred horses. Krystle grew up around horses and enjoyed competing

as a juvenile and amateur in the American Saddlebred arena, so the rescue of this breed is one she is happy to help support. Saving Grace for Equines Joy Rodak has shown American saddlebred horses for 20 years, and has headed up Saving Grace for Equines in Ocala, Florida since October 2013, when she bought six American saddlebred horses to save them from a meat broker. While it is illegal to slaughter horses for meat in the United States, they are still shipped to Canada and Mexico and processed for human consumption. Saving Grace for Equines has rescued numerous horses experiencing inhumane treatment and conditions, including starvation, abuse, unsafe habitats, and some of those are bound for slaughter for human consumption. “These are very nice horses that can still serve a purpose,” says Joy. “It’s not a lot, but we are doing our part along with the other saddlebred rescues in the country.” Many times the original seller often has no idea what can befall their horse and Joys says most of the own-

ers are unknowing participants. Rescued horses usually have some physical issues and are often malnourished. Saving Grace for Equines works on their nutrition for three or four months before they are ready for adoption. Saving Grace for Equines relies on donations and sponsorships to operate. Bangkok Sushi Brings Thailand to Your Neighborhood! By Marcy Sanford Since its opening seven years ago, Bangkok Sushi, located in the Northpointe Village on Stage Road 54, has become a neighborhood favorite. In fact, owner John Chieopanich says that they have become so well known for their fresh sushi and delicious Thai food that they have regulars who travel to Lutz from all over the Tampa Bay area to get a taste of Bangkok Sushi’s Crispy Duck or Lobster Tail and to enjoy the freshest sushi in the area. Once you’ve been to Bangkok Sushi, it is easy to see why so many people say that it is their favorite restaurant - every dish is delicious and made fresh to order, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the elegant decorations and wall hangings will make you feel like you’ve gone on a vacation to the other side of the world. Many of the recipes at Bangkok Sushi have been in John’s family for generations. He says that the secrets to Bangkok Sushi’s scrumptious food are the ingredients and the talented chefs that prepare it. “We serve fresh, authentic food. Every recipe is our own,” says John. “This is the only place you can find one of our most popular dishes – Volcano Chicken. We choose the best ingredients we can find and use authentic Thai recipes. Our chef started cooking at a hotel in Thailand. He has a long history of cooking Thai food. Our sushi chef has had years of training and experience. I have had people come to Bangkok Sushi and tell me that this is the best sushi they’ve ever had in all their years of traveling.” If you’re new to Thai food or sushi, the wait staff at Bangkok Sushi are happy to guide you to a dish that you’ll love – one of the Chef’s Specials like Salmon Panang or Volcano Lobster or maybe a curry or noodle dish. Whatever your taste buds are craving, you are sure to find something to satisfy them at Bangkok Sushi. You can

10

even designate how spicy you want your food from one star – coward, to four stars – Native Thai. The curries at Bangkok Sushi are the best I’ve ever had, especially my favorite – Panang Curry. My daughter also really loves this flavorful curry and I’ve found it is a sure fire way to get her to eat her vegetables when we are eating out. Bangkok Sushi also servers noodle dishes including Padthai – the popular Thai noodle dish. At Bangkok Sushi they use very little oil when stirfrying or sautéing the meats and vegetables in their dishes, so you really taste all the flavors of the vegetables, meats, and herbs. If you are a vegetarian or want to add more vegetarian dishes to your diet, Bangkok Sushi is the place for you. They have a wide section of vegetarian dishes on the menu plus almost every dish can be made vegetarian. In addition to the more than 40 entrees for you to choose from, Bangkok Sushi offers many appetizers like egg rolls, spring rolls, and dumplings, traditional Thai salads, and heavenly soups. Be sure to try the Tom Yum or Tom Kha soup. If you’re in the mood for sushi, Bangkok Sushi is the place to go. The head sushi chef at Bangkok Sushi orders the freshest fish available and

expertly turns it into edible, mouthwatering works of art. John says that some of the rolls that are their most popular include the Spicy Tuna, Monster, and Baba rolls. Bangkok Sushi has Sushi or Sashimi dinners on their menu or you can pick and choose the rolls you want from their extensive list. We especially enjoyed the Kanisu Roll – krab, avocado and masago wrapped in paper-thin cucumber slices with a light and tangy rice vinegar sauce.

Bangkok Sushi is open Monday through Friday, 11:30 a.m. – 10 p.m.; noon – 10 p.m. on Saturday; and noon – 9 p.m. on Sunday. Bangkok Sushi is located at 16541 Pointe Village Drive, #101 in the Northpointe Village off of Stage Road 54. To place a reservation or a to-go order, call 813-920-9777. Medi-Weightloss® – The One That Works!

By Marcy Sanford Did you know that approximately 70% of adults are overweight or obese, making obesity the biggest health concern of our times. The weight loss experts at Medi-Weightloss® know that losing weight is one of the most difficult things you can do. The knowledgeable staff, made up of physicians, nurses, dietitians and exercise professionals, has developed a plan that is: “The One That Works!®” The program can be customized just for you and the friendly profes-

sionals at Medi-Weightloss® will be with you every step of the way, helping you achieve your weight loss goals. Since opening in 2006, patients at the Lutz location of Medi-Weightloss® have lost almost 40,000 pounds. The average patient loses 7 pounds in the first week with Medi-Weightloss® and 14 pounds the first month. MediWeightloss® centers’ patients are so successful at losing weight, and keeping it off, because its comprehensive, physician-supervised program is based on the five keys to wellness: Medicine, nutrition, exercise, education, and motivation. If you’re ready to lose extra weight and start living a healthier lifestyle, visit Medi-Weightloss® at 24420 SR 54 in Lutz and they will help you get started today. During his years of working as a family practice physician, Dr. Howard Riker saw many patients struggling with their weight and the chronic illnesses

brought on by weight gain. “There are many illnesses that can be caused by weight gain,” says Dr. Riker, “Diabetes, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, increased chance of strokes, and arthritis to name just a few. At Medi-Weightloss®, we develop personalized plans based on your health, your goals, and your current weight. We give you knowledge and tools to help you succeed. This plan is even great for people who travel a lot or work at night because we help educate you so you can make the right decisions when you’re eating at a restaurant. We also help you with a personalized exercise plan that can be done anywhere, whether you’re at home or at a hotel.” “My wife’s friend told her about Medi-Weightloss®,” says Joseph Alvarez, Director of Operations for Boston Market. “After several failed attempts at other diets, I had little hope that this one would work. Boy was I wrong. I lost 13 pounds the first

week! This kept me motivated to keep trying, and week after week I kept losing more weight. In just 5 months, I

Joseph Alvarez Before (on left) reached my goal of 80 pounds lost. I feel great! I went from a size 44 to 36. My overall health has improved dramatically. My doctor cut my blood pressure medication in half and took me off of my cholesterol medication completely. I have more energy to play with my kids and my golf game is a lot better. Now, almost 5 years later, I am still maintaining my weight loss. I could not have achieved this goal if it wasn’t for the motivation and support I received and still receive from the staff at Medi-Weightloss®. The doctors and nurses at the Lutz location

are always motivating and are a huge help. They taught me how to live a healthy lifestyle despite my busy work schedule. They showed me that the options at Boston Market were great and even put together meal options there that would fit with my eating plan.” At your initial consultation at Medi-Weightloss® you’ll receive a full medical exam, comprehensive blood panel, blood pressure reading, EKG, weight and body fat analysis, and indepth counseling on health and weight history. Your weight loss plan

will be designed specifically for you based on your medical history and current status, goals, and food and exercise preferences. Your meal plan includes food you can find at your local grocery store and delicious, easy to follow recipes that your whole family will love. “Medi-Weightloss® is committed to teaching our patients how to improve the quality of their lives and how to keep the weight off. We enjoy watching our patients transform inside and out,” says owner Gerri Willet. “They not only look and feel better, but we know they are becoming healthier and decreasing their risk for developing obesity-related diseases. Our patients continually remind us ‘their success is our success.’” Medi-Weightloss® patient Erin Blackwell describes her “a-ha” moment, “It was on a flight a couple of years ago that the truth finally hit me. The seat’s armrests dug into my hips and when I went to fasten my seat belt, I could barely push the ends together. I realized then my weight was out of control. I knew my weight would get worse unless I did something. I had to try. After only one week, I was 8 pounds lighter and each week thereafter, the weight seemed to magically disappear. Everyday activities are no longer traumatic events. I truly feel like a different person. I’ve lost 106 pounds! My body fat and LDL cholesterol numbers have dropped dramatically and I now love the woman I see in the mirror. None of this would have been possible without

the support of Medi-Weightloss® and their supportive staff.” Once you’re a patient of MediWeightloss®, you have access to a motivating and encouraging support group – not just at the clinic but also through access to online videos, recipes, and advice. The weight loss skills they teach you are ones that will stay with you and help you for life. The experienced physicians, nurses, and medical assistants at MediWeightloss® want to see you be successful. And once you’ve reached your goal, they are still there for you. “You decide how long you want to stay with the program based on your goals,” says Dr. Riker. “But once you are our patient we are always here for you.” Medi-Weightloss® was voted the #1 BEST weight loss clinic by Tampa Tribune readers four years in a row. Local voters also place them at #1 as reported in Wesley Chapel and New Tampa Neighborhood News magazines. National media has taken notice too! Medi-Weightloss® was recently featured as a cutting edge weight loss method on Good Morning America and other major networks. Hernandez Accounting Solutions Searches for the Tax Breaks You’re Missing! By Kim Thomas If you are looking for a full service accounting and tax preparation firm that gets excited about saving you tax dollars, you will find more than enthusiasm at Hernandez Accounting Solutions in Land O’ Lakes. You will find a knowledgeable, experienced and professional team that is eager to help you lower your tax liability. If you think there is no joy in accounting, wait until you meet President of Hernandez Accounting Solutions, Marcus Hernandez. Not only is he easy to talk to, Marcus Hernandez absolutely loves the opportunity to help clients save money on their taxes! A long-time ally for small and medium sized businesses and individual taxpayers, Hernandez Accounting Solutions wants to take the opportunity to share some important last-minute changes that could help lower the tax liability for many businesses and individuals. Marcus Hernandez explained that Congress took action late December 2015 and passed a tax extender bill

14

formally known as the Protecting Americans from Tax Hikes Act of 2015 (PATH), which reauthorizes ten tax breaks for the 2015 tax year. Some of the tax provisions were made permanent, while others are extended through 2016 or 2019. These tax breaks were taken away in January 2015, and as soon as it happened, Marcus started looking for solutions. “When I first learn that a tax break is gone, I am looking to replace it. I have a passion for looking for new ways to reduce tax liability. Constantly searching and participating in webinars and seminars, Marcus has creative ideas to help small businesses. He says, “I want to minimize their taxes and help them, not just save money, but keep that money for growth. I want to help them create wealth and grow their business.” Marcus explained the PATH changes and how some are going to benefit. For instance, PATH extends a tax provision through 2016 that allows homeowners whose homes have been foreclosed on or subjected to short sale to exclude up to $2 million of canceled

mortgage debt. “A lot of individuals were sweating on this one, because it had them possibly paying income tax on money they don’t have.” PATH made some changes permanent. For instance, primary and secondary school teachers buying school supplies out-of-pocket may be able to take an above-the-line deduction of up to $250 for unreimbursed expenses, meaning the deduction can be taken before calculating adjusted gross income. Also made permanent by PATH is the deduction for state and local sales taxes (as long as you itemize). Another tax provision made permanent: Taxpayers aged 70-1/2 or older can donate up to $100,000 in distributions from their IRA to charity if they choose not to take the mandatory minimum distribution as income; this is an important strategy that can be used to lower income enough to take advantage of other tax provisions with phase-out limits. A tax provision for energy efficient improvements, including appliances, reduces your taxes as opposed to a deduction that reduces your taxable

Marcus Hernandez, President of Hernandez Accounting Solutions income and is 10 percent of the cost of materials for items like insulation, new water heaters or other energy efficient products. Another above-the-line tax deduction that PATH extends through 2016 is the deduction of qualified tuition and fees. This expense can be taken even if you don’t itemize your deductions and includes expenses such as student activity fees and expenses for books, supplies and equipment as required by the institution. There are more tax break reauthorizations related to PATH and Marcus Hernandez and his team would love to help you find out if any tax breaks will

benefit you when you file your 2015 Income Tax Return. Another concern for many who purchased healthcare insurance through the Health Care Marketplace, commonly called “The Exchange” is that they may owe some money back to the government, which will come out of their tax return. Professionals are cautioning taxpayers that it may be more than you think! It’s confusing, and while there are a lot of informative tools online, there’s nothing like having someone like Marcus Hernandez and his team to file your taxes and give you the peace of mind you deserve. Clients Stay With Hernandez Accounting Solutions The dedication, professionalism and experience that define Marcus Hernandez have earned the loyalty of many clients, and some have kept him since he first became a CPA in New York over 30 years ago. “Most of my clients have been with me a long time, between 25 and 30 years – they stick with me because I am watching out for them.” Marcus’ wife, Sylvia Hernandez PhD is vice president of the company. Marcus and Sylvia have a wonderful bilingual support staff of warm and

My firm specializes in tax-advantaged strategies for high net worth individuals and business owners. Many accountants simply do taxes; Marcus is more of a financial engineer. The Watermark at Trinity - Assisted Living with a Difference By Julie Kanehl Forget what you think you know about assisted living, and discover the difference at The Watermark at Trinity. Currently under construction, The Watermark at Trinity, which is part of Watermark Retirement Communities, is well under way at 1960 Blue Fox Way, and they are already busy accepting reservations for Founding and Charter Residents. This incredibly beautiful new community is slated to open this Spring, and will include lush gardens, a packed activity schedule, a movie theater, Indulge Salon, nature trails, and that’s just a few of the things that new residents can look forward to. What’s more, they’re currently offering a sales incentive, so if you’re looking to be part of a community that caters to an active, fun-filled lifestyle, and also provides an amazing program for residents who qualify for Memory Care, call or visit The Watermark at Trinity right away. The accommodating and experienced staff is inviting anyone who is interested in The Watermark at Trinity to come to the sales office, just across

20

the street, at 10751 Maple Creek Drive, Suite 104. There, guests can choose from a variety of apartment floor plans, ask questions, and learn about some of the unique reasons that people all over the country choose Watermark Retirement Communities. Watermark Retirement Communities has 38 locations all over the United States – including three in the Tampa Bay Area - from Arizona to Washington State, and people are already very excited about this new community, as Watermark has built a reputation for providing an extraordinary living environment where residents and their families can thrive. Plus, they get it. They understand that when people leave their homes to move into a community such as this one, that doesn’t mean they have to leave their expectations behind. The Watermark at Trinity is going to be gorgeous, luxurious and staffed with experienced and qualified personnel 24 hours a day to meet any need you may have. Aileen Carlson, Executive Director of The Watermark at Trinity, has 15 years of experience working at another Watermark Retirement

Community, and says, “I’m excited about the opportunity to be the person who gets to spearhead the activities, the programming, the dining, and to help create the feel and the vibe of the community.” Right now at The Watermark at Trinity’s sales center, residents are picking out their new apartments, and are able to have the pick of the litter. To be part of the first group of people to live there is very exciting! Everything will be brand new! The Watermark at Trinity is in the process of hiring a qualified team to be part of

their staff, which means that The Watermark at Trinity will be the best of both worlds. The Watermark at Trinity Difference: Assisted Living Why choose The Watermark at Trinity? For one thing, they are creating a beautiful environment in which to live. Forget cramped, monotonous apartments that all look the same, Watermark understands and respects their residents and, in creating new neighborhoods for them, have listened to what people prefer. We’re talking

about apartments that have plenty of natural light, architectural and design elements that redefine what assisted living looks like, and upgrades to impress. The grounds are going to be immaculately kept, with lobbies, sitting areas and dining areas that give off the impression of living in a resort. It will feel that way too, as residents don’t need to worry about cleaning, maintenance, grounds keeping or security. The staff also takes care of the housekeeping, laundry, linens and more. All utilities are included as well, except for phone, Internet and cable, which can be added easily and affordably. The staff at The Watermark at Trinity takes care of it all; with the goal of letting the residents simply enjoy their retirement! Have I mentioned the food yet? Because the food at The Watermark at Trinity is bound to draw people in all by itself. No more cooking, no more dishes, The Watermark at Trinity has hired Chef Joshua Marlowe to create menus that are not only healthy, but beautiful and delicious as well. They even offer room service! Speaking of service, when you become a resident at The Watermark at Trinity, you now receive access to a trained staff that is available if you should need it, around the clock. With the staff acting as a liaison to your personal physician, you and your family can rest assured knowing that you are in good hands if the need for medical attention arises. While other assisted living centers around the globe create a rigid schedule to follow, Watermark has a totally different approach to assisted living. For example, in many places breakfast is served at a specific time and that’s it. Watermark believes that the community should adhere to your personal schedule and not the other way around. That means, if you like to

enjoy your breakfast at 9:45 instead of 7:30 or vice versa, that can easily be arranged. It’s the simple things, sometimes, that make you feel at home. The Watermark at Trinity staff wants to do more than make you feel at home, they want you to relax and let them do the work. Don’t you deserve it? Offering regularly scheduled transportation, residents have access to places all over town, and The Watermark at Trinity staff is excited about all of the fantastic events that they are going to be putting on the calendar each month. Residents will have access to all kinds of exciting activities and classes. In fact, another unique program that Watermark has created is their Watermark University. Watermark University offers classes in just about anything you can imagine, from jewelry making to ballroom dancing, and from computer classes to classes where you can learn how to speak another language like Spanish or even sign language! The best part about Watermark University is that they understand that their residents have a wealth of knowledge to share, and many residents enjoy teaching classes about subjects that they know a lot about! Jennifer Naster is the Sales Director who helps people find their new home at The Watermark at Trinity. With many years of experience working for Watermark, Jennifer said, “One of our residents at another community taught a Watermark University class on seashells. She was an expert on shells and taught everyone about how shells are used in everything from décor to medicine. It was really interesting.” She added, “People love the opportunity to share what they know!” Redefining Memory Care For the many people who suffer

from memory loss, dementia or Alzheimer’s disease, it’s truly important to provide a homelike environment that helps them feel happy, safe, secure and well provided for. The Watermark at Trinity has an entire floor dedicated to Memory Care, and programs that help each resident live happy, fulfilled lives. “Cleaning Angels” Continued from page 1 Wow! 25 Years Strong! “I can’t believe 25 years have gone by,” says Donna. “This took a lot of dedication…tremendous dedication.” She adds, “I’ve seen a lot of cleaning services come and go, but we are here for the long term. Now we are bigger and better than ever. Twenty-five years later, we have 25 employees and are the number one cleaning service in Tampa Bay. I am so excited I still have a lot of the same customers for over 20 years!” One long time client called to congratulate Donna and said, “You and your business are not getting older, you’re only getting better.” All these years later, Donna is still emotional as she tells the story of how she came to rename her business. Donna was crowned “the cleaning angel” 18 years ago by an elderly lady, who was under care at Gulfside Regional Hospice. Shortly before the lady passed away, Donna left a crystal angel for her. She told her nurse that Donna should be called the cleaning angel. As her business grew from just herself to what is now a fleet of “cleaning angels,”

the name of Donna’s company has changed to reflect the growth. She says, “It started off as Donna’s Cleaning Service, then The Cleaning Angel, and now to Donna’s Cleaning Angels. Wow, we have come such a long way!” Donna Ferrante is a woman so dedicated to her clients, her employees, and her company that she never stops trying to improve. Even though the stellar residential cleaning services provided by Donna’s Cleaning Angels is what has built the company, Donna continues to bring more to the table for her customers, such as expanded services including carpet, tile and grout cleaning. “In 25 years, there has been a lot of growth. We are extremely well known, and receive a tremendous amount of referrals. In order to give the customer an accurate time and pricing on their home we offer a free estimate.” When Donna meets a potential new client for the estimate, she explains the detailed cleaning that her service provides. “Every house is different,” says Donna. Maria adds, “Customers love how much time Donna takes to meet, greet and explain everything we have to offer them in person. We are branching out more into commercial cleaning. Such as, doctors’ and real estate offices, insurances agencies and other small businesses.” Always a hard worker, a strong

Donna’s Cleaning Angels provides reliable, detailed cleaning for homes and offices - call today to schedule a free estimate work ethic runs in her blood from her Italian and French Canadian background, as her family in Gorham, New Hampshire has owned an Italian restaurant in the mountains for almost 70 years now. Carrying on a family legacy of work and success has always been important to Donna and when she first started her business, her son, then 11, and her 8-year-old daughter followed her example and helped their mom by putting fliers on cars at Sunday services. In addition to her family’s influence, Donna attributes the success of her company to a determined attitude, tremendous amount of ambition, and

meticulous attention to detail, all of which is accompanied with an unstoppable drive. An example of this drive was when, after years of working on her own, Donna broke her ankle and hand in an accident and knew she couldn’t continue cleaning on her own. She prayed for the future of her business and that is when she decided to hire her first employee. Reflecting on her company’s growth, 25 years of hard work and success and the addition of a fleet of Donna’s Cleaning Angels vehicles, Donna shares, “The dedication and success in my cleaning business is due to

the closeness of my wonderful family. I am proud and honored to say that I am following in the footsteps of my parents and grandparents. We know how to cook, clean and we give 100 percent to the business. My only regret is that my mother, father and grandmother aren’t here alive to see all of this, but I know in my heart that they are seeing it even though they can’t be here with me.” Licensed – Bonded – Insured – Workman’s Comp on All Employees What sets Donna’s Cleaning Angels apart is the fact that Donna has created a company that is fully licensed, bonded and insured, and each client can expect to have a team of Donna’s Cleaning Angels at their door each time that they have service. Donna says, “Next to your doctor, there’s nothing more personal than your cleaning service, which is why we take so many steps to protect you and make you feel at ease with our service. My clients don’t have to worry because I’ve done the homework and I carry the liability.” Donna adds that building honest dependable relationships is just as important as providing quality cleaning. “I really appreciate my hardworking girls. And they appreciate their job here at Donna’s Cleaning Angels and take care

of our customers with much pride. That makes this a win-win situation. Using the basic principles of mutual respect combined with good old-fashioned elbow grease, the angels produce a heavenly sparkle. Our customers love our back-to-basics, old-fashioned cleaning techniques, often reminding them of how their grandmothers used to clean. “The girls are happy when they work together, they have good energy together, plus four eyes are better than two. This way here, the teammates are able to check each other and make sure that nothing is missed.” The teams are always presentable and friendly, wear uniforms with nonslip shoes, and come in with a large canvas kit containing all of their high quality cleaning supplies. What’s more, every employee that Donna hires is background checked, drug free and covered by workman’s compensation. This is part of the reason why Donna’s Cleaning Angels is the first choice of so many people in our area. “It’s important to me to hire people who have a clean background, and who are polite, trustworthy and dependable,” says Donna. “As a result, I can be very picky about who I hire.” She adds, “Some employees have come here that previously worked for other cleaning services, and they are amazed at the way our training procedures are.

They stated that their previous employers made them watch a video and then sent them off the very next day to clean, unsupervised. Our Angels have on-thejob training for over a month, with a field manager, before they are considered a ‘true cleaning angel.’ It takes time and effort to make sure an employee is 100 percent up to our cleaning standards. Detailed cleaning is what we are known for. Not just a run-through, wipe-down.” To ensure that every client is happy after each cleaning, Donna offers comment cards, regularly checks in with her clients, and has regular meetings with her staff.

Reflecting, Donna says, “At the end of the day I thank God for my blessings – the great people who work for me, a great business, my health, my home, my loved ones and my family. God bless you all.” Donna’s Cleaning Angels provides cleaning services to Pasco, Pinellas and Hillsborough Counties. Schedule a free consultation with Donna’s Cleaning Angels at 727942-8289, and be sure to ask about the Refer-A-Friend program that can earn you a free cleaning. Gift certificates are available.
