Your CBD Store: Oldsmar offers alternatives to your health and wellness By Carla Selby There’s no question that CBD is the buzzy wellness product of the moment. Out of nowhere coffee shops are selling CBD lattes, spas are offering CBD facials, beauty companies are rushing to release hemp lotions, and even your grandparents are seen chewing CBD gummies. Although it may seem like a wellness “fad,” the benefits of CBD are vast, and I know this from personal experience. As some-

one currently battling two severe autoimmune diseases (Lyme and Graves Disease) I can attest to the wonderful benefits of CBD products for pain management, stress, and anxiety. Conveniently located at 4022 Tampa Rd #8, there is Your CBD Store™ Oldsmar, a wellness shop like no other, whose owner’s main priority is to educate people on the health benefits of CBD. First things first. What is CBD?

Celebrating Five Years, Dance Excellence Ballroom is Welcoming to Students and Staff By Deborah Bostock-Kelley In November, Dance Excellence Ballroom is celebrating its fifth anniversary in its Oldsmar location. Owners Stefan and Traci Dobrev’s expectation has always been in the name. Excellence in dance training, staff, and competition. “We worked hard to cultivate the reputation of excellence with positive energy and attitude,” said Traci. “When Stefan and I were starting to think about the name for the

Do you have a little extra space in your home, a bit of free time, and some love to share? If so, consider becoming a foster parent for a litter of homeless kittens. With the arrival of “kitten season” in early spring, animal shelters and rescue organizations are flooded with kittens who cannot be put up for adoption until they are eight weeks old. These groups rely on the assistance of volunteer foster parents to save lives by providing temporary care. Not only does becoming a volunteer foster parent help busy humane organizations, but it can also be great for you, too. Perhaps you are considering adopting, but aren’t sure if a kitten is right for you. Maybe you travel, and can’t have a “permanent” pet. Or maybe you just want to experience the joy of kittens again and again. I know I did and found a permanent memer of our family in the process; a gorgeous polydactyk cat I decided to adopt and named Santiago, like the main character in the famous Hemingway novel “The Old Man & The Sea.” Whatever your reason, you are sure to find that fostering is one of the most rewarding volunteer experiences there is, I can tell you from my own experience. I volunteered with St. Francis Animal Rescue for several months, and watching these baby kitties go from barely eating on their own to running around in their new families’ homes was one of the most fulfilling experiences of my life. Sadly, due to my husband’s allergies, I had to stop fostering, but I still feel very strongly about this particular organization and would like to take this opportunity to share a message in the name of St. Francis: Following last year’s hugely successful premiere KittyCon, St. Francis Society Animal Rescue announces its second annual fan convention devoted solely to the love and rescue of cats. KittyCon Tampa Bay 2019 will be held at the DoubleTree Hotel Tampa Airport - Westshore on Saturday, November 30, 2019 from 11am6pm and Sunday, December 1, 2019 from 11am-5pm. This year’s theme is Meowy Catmas and the fun and informative weekend will feature vendors, entertainment, expert

speakers on cat care and hot rescue topics, Kitty Kosplay, charity auctions, kids’ activities, free product samples and giveaways, cat yoga, and more. Last year’s most popular attraction, the Adoption Room, will be once again filled with adoptable rescued kittens and cats seeking forever homes. The documentary film, “The Cat Rescuers”, will make its Florida premiere at KittyCon. Tickets are on sale now online at: KittyConTampaBay.org. Advance purchase for adult 2-day tickets is $35/$60 at the door. Advance 1-day adult tickets are $20/$30 at the door. Children 12 and under advance 2-day tickets are $8/$20 at the door, and 1-day advance are $5/$10 at the door. For VIP Supporters advance purchase only tickets are $120 for adults and $20 for children and include entry to the White Cat Winter Wonderland Lounge and all VIP privileges. Why would a cat convention concentrate on rescue cats? “Since there are so few events to benefit cat rescue, St. Francis Society, the largest all-volunteer animal rescue in the area, is proud to take the lead in producing KittyCon Tampa Bay,” said Kathy Walvoord, President and Cat Care Coordinator of St. Francis Society Animal Rescue. “The proceeds allow us to continue the lifesaving work we do for neonatal kittens, and sick, injured, and homeless cats in the community.” Established in 1997, St. Francis Society Animal Rescue (SFSAR) is the oldest and largest foster home-based animal rescue in the Tampa Bay Area. It is an all-volunteer, 501(c)(3) nonprofit animal rescue dedicated to saving and improving the lives of homeless cats and, when possible, dogs by providing healthcare and placement into suitable forever homes. SFSAR receives no government funding and depends solely on the generosity of donors to save the lives of cats and dogs who would otherwise be surrendered to shelters, euthanized, or left to die. “Dance”

Dance Excellence Story continued from page 1 Ballroom is recognized for having instructors with longevity. The staff remains loyal because the owners genuinely care about their dance and professional development and empower them to be a success. Quarterly training helps the team remember what sets them apart, which allows them to do better, and what stretches them to go further. The teachers are held accountable not only by their employers but by their peers. “We’ve established ourselves as the best studio in Tampa Bay,” Stefan explained. “That’s not just the two of us; it’s our incredible staff.” He’s not boasting. From stellar social media reviews, dance students, and staff testimonials to competitor studios, Dance Excellence Ballroom is the raised bar to which all others aspire to reach. The bar is set at the highest rung. Stefan, a dancer since the age of 7 and a Bulgarian National Dance Champion, and Traci, a ballet dancer since age 5 and competitive gymnast since middle school, pride themselves on having a studio everyone wants to be part of. “We want to inspire excellence in ourselves and others,” said Traci. Stefan and Traci love to witness firsthand the transformation of someone learning to dance for the first time. The two relay numerous stories over

10 NOVEMBER 2019

the years of introverted teens, adults, and senior citizens that blossomed through the social community of dance and came out of their shell. They discover self-confidence, grace, and poise, and the ability to communicate with others. The very youngest dancers learn the importance of manners. The couple thinks its extremely important to put down the cell phone and tablet, take a break from the isolation of social media, and facilitate a connection in real life through dance. Dancing can aid in those suffering from dementia and PTSD and has been prescribed as part of therapy for healing. Stefan and Traci are hugely involved in getting children with special needs into a dance and competition. Each Saturday, a dance class is held for children with special needs. They regularly donate to organizations like Revolution Dance and Dancing Lions that work with children with different abilities. Their voices break when they proudly tell of these children who knock a performance out of the park. “I remember watching them thinking about how amazing it is how they learn - what they can do. We love seeing the huge smiles on their faces,” said Traci. Excellence in training for competitive dance is as easy to show as the studio, students and instructors have earned hundreds of trophies in regional and national events since the studio first put down roots in Oldsmar in 2014. Students range from ages 4 to 82.

In January, the couple is organizing a dance competition in Innisbrook. Because of their spotless reputation in the industry, competitor studios are scrambling to register to be part of their event. Though competitive dance instruction is a large portion of what makes up Dance Excellence

Ballroom, it is far from the only part. Whether a student is seeking private lessons or more interested in a group setting, Dance Excellence Ballroom has a class for all interests, teaching social dancing, the all-important first wedding

Tango, Viennese Waltz, Foxtrot, and Quickstep. Stefan and Traci also host themed dance parties. The pair’s goal is to create a place where anyone – no matter what the level of experience – can feel safe in a comfortable, nonjudgmental space and have a fun time – the reason why the studio was born. Couples often come as a ‘date night,’ leaving the kids with a sitter to disconnect from the stress of the workday and find something to bring them closer together. Empty nesters use dance as a shared activity, an outlet to help them learn to be a couple again. Traci said, “In a dance lesson with a couple, you can instantly see where the challenges are, and identify very quickly if they have a good working relationship with one another. Once you work through the rough stops, it becomes an enjoyable thing for them to do together. It not only builds their dance skills, but it bonds them because they have to work together to solve a problem. ” Stefan added, “These days, couples have so many different separate activities. We offer a fun way for them to actually be together.” Dance Excellence Ballroom is located in the Oldsmar Plaza at 3730 Tampa Road, Suite 7. They are open Monday through Friday from 1 p.m. to 9 p.m. For more information about group or private lessons or dance parties, visit www.DanceExcellenceBallroom.com or call (813) 814-0099.

A Fully Accredited Company First and foremost, Jewelry Buyers International has an A+ rating with the Better Business

Bureau (BBB). A BBB rating represents the BBB’s opinion of how well the business interacts with its customers, and an A+ is the highest rating the BBB awards. Not only does JBI have an A+ rating, but it is also accredited by BBB. To be accredited by BBB, a business affirms it will abide by the following standards: advertise honestly, build trust, tell the truth, honor promises, be responsive, safeguard privacy, be transparent, and embody integrity. Jewelry Buyers International embodies these principles, and more. JBI is widely known for the highest payouts for items sold. According to Lisa G., “David is very informative, knowledgeable, friendly and fair!! If you are looking for a good price for valuables, this is the place to go.” Joey E. concurs, “Dave is very personable. Not just about the money, but will be honest and fair.” Second, JBI is a Certified Service Provider with Angie’s list and has achieved an A rating. This letter grade represents the average rating the business has earned in the category of service over the past three years. It ranges from “A,” the highest rating, to “F” the lowest rating. In addition, to be a Certified Service Provider with Angie’s List, the company must provide high-quality service to Angie’s List members (also the owner or

relevant manager of the company must pass a criminal background check). Jewelry Buyers International definitely excels in excellent customer service: Paul Z states, “Professional service in a pleasant office environment with comfortable chairs. Explained his assessment process

as he went along. Kindly offered us cold water and snacks.” The owner takes his time with each and every customer, and he helps out whenever he can. As an Angie’s list customer describes: “David was kind enough to see me and re-size my watch band right while I was there, and

at no charge. He’s a great guy and has been in the jewelry business for 30 years, so you know he’s got tons of experience. Just all around nice and respectable guy and does great work. I definitely recommend him.” Estate Jewelry and Watch Buyer The owner is an expert in estate jewelry and states, “Don’t be afraid to bring in high-end estate jewelry for appraisal or for sale as I have purchased many high-end items in my 30 years of business.” David has the means to purchase high-end jewelry, and the know-how. In addition, he has been a member of the National Association of Watch and Clock Collectors for 20 years. As a result, he can readily assess your fine watches.

David continues, “I also purchase loose, smaller diamonds, half CT and larger, including European and Round Brilliant Cut diamonds. Chipped diamonds are also welcomed.” As a GIA trained expert in diamonds (Gemological Institute of America), the owner will ensure you will receive top dollar for your diamonds using the ‘4C’s in mind (cut, color, clarity, and carat weight). Compassionate Businessman David is no stranger to hardship. In 2003, he won a large sum of money, but unfortunately lost everything within 4 years due to a gambling addiction. Although he is back on his feet now (been clean for 16 years), he doesn’t forget where he came from. His compassion-

ate demeanor is clearly apparent in the way he handles business, and in the integrity with which he treats others. One Angie’s List customer states, “David is very honest and thoughtful as we brought jewelry we had for years and some had sentimental value and David told us to keep it instead of just buying it from us. He paid fair prices for all the different types of jewelry we had and explained the differences. I would not hesitate to use him again in the future.” Another Angie’s List customer, Marilyn, describes: “I could have not been any more pleased. I was in a jam and needed some extra money on a short notice, and David treated me more than fair without any negative judgement. I did not feel embarrassed at all. Times are hard in the world today and I am blessed to have found a good honest company.” Simple and Quick Process Located at 5146 South Rd, New Port Richey, you can simply stop by and visit for a verbal appraisal free of charge. “CBD Oldsmar” Story continued from page 1

CBD, or cannabidiol, is a compound found in the cannabis plant which has many medical benefits. It’s a naturally occurring substance that’s used in products like oils and edibles to impart a feeling of relaxation and calm. Unlike its cousin tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), it’s not psychoactive, so it will not make you “high,” as many people mistakingly assume. Your CBD Store™ Oldsmar opened its doors in March 2019, thanks to the hard work and dedication of wellness advocate Dori Daniel and her cousin, Emily Kochanski, as well as a silent third party. From the relaxing light blue hue on the walls and beautiful french country decor throughout the store to the comfortable seating and open layout, Your CBD Store™ Oldsmar makes you feel welcome as soon as you enter.

20 NOVEMBER 2019

“I found many of the CBD stores very dark and intimidating,” says Dori. That’s why we wanted to make our store open and bright. We want everyone to feel welcome, mothers, families, and pets! We’re here to educate you and help

you answer any of your questions.” “This store is beautiful and clean,” says recent customer and 5-star google reviewers, Cindy J. “Dori is so helpful. I love how the CBD oil has been helping me with my tightness in my left hip.

My inflammation is going down. I highly recommend this store. Great service.” Dori’s background is in Dance and Theater, but her passion for wellness and educating others, and her quest to find ways to

naturally improve the body and mind, helped her get to where she is today. “I was a performer in New York City for about seven years, and I suffered many dance-related injuries along the way, which lead me to research ways to naturally heal my body,” says Dori, whose thirst for knowledge lead her to obtain a yoga certification and to be submerged in the study of essential oils. “Yoga gives you strength, flexibility, and mindbody awareness. Yoga can help you stay strong without putting added stress on your joints. Essential oils are a form of alternative medicine that employs plant extracts to support health and well-being.” The more I talked to Dori about her background the more I felt we had a lot in common. It turns out, we both have experienced our fair share of medical struggles, autoimmune diseases, anxiety, stress, chronic pain, etc., leaving us wondering “is this it? or is there something out there that can help me feel better?” When you’re sick and tired of being sick and tired, you take action. “I experienced a lot of medical problems for a couple of years,” says Dori. “I visited many different specialists until I was finally given a proper diagnosis. They found some precancerous cells that needed to be eradicated. Going through that definitely gave me a lot of anxiety and stress.”

Given her diagnosis and all the physical and emotional symptoms she was experiencing, Dori started educating herself once more on modern alternative ways to naturally heal the body. This time, her search leads her to the wonderful world of CBD. Dori shared her new knowledge with her family, including her cousin Emily, who was also struggling with anxiety, depression, and PTSD. Having both experienced first-hand the incredible results of using natural CBD products, Dori and Emily decided to open a store in the heart of Oldsmar so that they could help others find relief through the use of natural, hempderived products. Emily, who currently resides in Mississippi, mentioned Dori the idea of opening an affiliate “Your CBD Store™” because they had a fabulous reputation, they were a trusted name, known as the biggest CBD retailer in the country, and because conveniently, their headquarters were located in St. Petersburg, FL. “We chose to work with a trusted brand,” says Dori. “Your CBD Store™ products are made using only the highest quality, organically grown hemp from Colorado which has been certified by that state’s Department of Agriculture. They use a CO2 extraction process, which eliminates the need for chemical solvents and produces a high-quality, full-spectrum CBD. For our zero-THC products, the CBD is processed again to remove all traces of THC.” Your CBD Store™ Oldsmar products come in various forms and dosages to meet each customer’s needs and preferences. You

can choose from water-soluble, edibles, tinctures, soft gels, vaping e-liquids, and topical applications. “We even have tinctures and CBD treats for pets,” says Dori. “Our products are intended to be used as an herbal supplement and no prescription is necessary. We always recommend our customers to first consult with their primary physician before starting any type of new supplements,” says Dori. “Dori is amazing! She is extremely warm and inviting, full of knowledge. You don’t feel pressured to buy anything,” says Victoria M. “Dori was happy to assist me and answer all my questions, no matter how silly I sounded! There are so many different options for whatever ailments or enhancements you need! Even pet-friendly options!” CBD is for everybody. “All my family uses some sort of CBD product. From my mother to my nana, everyone can benefit from CBD,” says Dori. “Family is very important to me, that’s why I also love this company so much. We’re like a big family. It’s been a true blessing having the opportunity to connect with so many wonderful people. Especially everyone in the Upper Tampa Bay Chamber of Commerce.” Dori shared that she feels the community has definitely embraced her, and she wants to thank everyone for the warm welcome and support everyone has shown her. “Everyone has been extremely supportive. Many people from the same shopping plaza have stopped by to get to know me and ask me questions about the products, some have even become clients,” says Dori. “We’re already looking to expand.” So stay tuned, because

a new exciting adventure is already in the works, as Dori and her team are on the hunt for a new location. Dori was truly a joy to get to know. As we were wrapping up and I was feeling like we were long lost sisters, she looks at me in the eyes and says, “I’m here to make long-lasting relationships, not quick sales,” I trust she means it, so should you. Dori and her new sales associate Tina are there to “listen to listen, not listen to respond.” Of course, I didn’t leave before buying my mother, who suffers from severe arthritis, some topical relief cream to score some brownie points. Stretch RX is getting more “Flexible” with their treatment options! By Deborah Bostock-Kelley Ronda Musca, the woman behind the creation of Stretch Rx, doesn’t stop. She founded her company in 1994 to fill a void and provide an alternative solution to chronic pain, muscle tightness, and poor balance. Stretch Rx offers hundreds of satisfied clients therapeutic stretching and massage therapy on a heated ionic BioMat, providing far infrared rays and negative ion therapy, reflexology, and ionic foot bath to release and detoxify the body, as well as private stretching classes. Providing pain relief and healing options still wasn’t enough for Ronda. In 2018, after the urging of her staff to try CBD oil, Ronda was highly skeptical but decided

24 NOVEMBER 2019

to test a general CBD product to unexpected and positive results. Ronda began integrating CBD into massages and reflexology sessions for her clients, fieldtesting on those interested in trying the new addition. It was met with tremendous success, but that still didn’t satisfy her. Though she was using safe, wholesale topical CBD pain salve, since she didn’t make the product, she wasn’t able to decide what elements went into a batch. In mid-2018, Ronda began working with a manufacturer to perfect a small-batch CBD full-spectrum (.3 or under THC) topical salve that combined the benefits of organic essential oils, menthol, and arnica with the pain and inflammation relief of CBD.

She resolved her dilemma by creating her own brand, Joint Jam, that launches in November 2019. “We have Joint Jam which is a CBD pain salve. We took all the pain-relief products that people were using and formulated one that uses all natural and organic ingredients. You don’t

need a prescription for this. It won’t make you high. People are afraid of that,” she explained. “We use organic essential oils, hemp grown without synthetic herbicides and pesticides, CBD produced in in small batches and third-party tested, which makes us different from what you might find in many stores.

Many have added chemicals in them. Ours is natural, without synthetic fillers, the real deal, and it works.” An added benefit of the product’s use for pain and inflammation is skin relief. Ronda’s clients have seen dramatic reductions in psoriasis, splotched skin, and crepe skin. Client Douglas Palamara said that his feet caused him extreme pain. Using the topical CBD in reflexology treatment provided intense relief. “Between the ionic foot

bath and CBD foot reflexology, it’s great. I used to have plantar fasciitis. I put my shoes on and walked out of here. I didn’t even notice any problems with my foot. Before that, I was going for about a year and a half getting cortisone shots from the foot doctor, and it didn’t help. This worked.” Before releasing her CBD infused Himalyan and Epson salt bath soak, Salt Buzz, to her line, Ronda tested the product’s effectiveness on her husband. For 45 minutes, he unknowingly

relaxed in the Salt Buzz. That evening, he slept soundly and even overslept the following morning. “One of the benefits of CBD is it promotes relaxation and helps anxiety. I saw it firsthand, unsolicited, on my husband.” Salt Buzz was added to her growing line of products. “We also have a bubble bath, Bubble Buzz. You get the same benefits as soaking in the salt, but it makes a great gift, as well. It has essential oils – lavender and eucalyptus. It has the same relaxing, calming effects as the Salt Buzz.” The therapists at Stretch Rx incorporate the CBD products into the massage therapy, reflexology and ionic foot bath sessions. The bath salts and salve are excellent for those suffering from the pain of arthritis. Ronda recommended first soaking hands in the Salt Buzz then applying Joint Jam. A client’s mother, who railed against CBD, followed these directions without knowing the product her daughter was giving her contained the pain relief plant. A few days into starting the regimen, the mother didn’t ask her daughter for her pain pill, a day later, her mother was holding a book for the first time in a long time. She’s now hooked on the

benefits of the all-natural CBD pain relief. “The mother’s caregiver texted the daughter, ‘It’s so funny how your mother is saying she’s heard about all this marijuana lotion, how it’s ridiculous, it’s bad for you and makes people high’ as I’m slathering the CBD salve on her hands. She’s soaking in it, and she doesn’t even know it,’” shared Ronda. “We have really been able to hit all aspects of people’s discomfort. It’s shocking to me how well it’s working, and I was very skeptical. I had to see that it worked, and it did. I’m really pleased with the results people are getting. This product is family-friendly. From the accountant to the mom to grandma, it’s for everyone. It’s really been so gratifying.” New CBD products available are the Joint Jam topical salve, Salt Buzz bath salts, and Bubble Buzz bubble bath. providing the same delicious, nutritious & hot meal to a person or family in need in our local community at no cost to them! So, while you’re feeding yourself you are also providing for the hungry of our surrounding area. As a little background... this “restaurant level” meal began over 20 years ago with Chef Joe’s father and many of the volunteers, many whom are still serving today! The privilege to serve was passed down from father to son with Joe Sr’s passing. Chef Joe Sr’s family, a restaurant family from New York, goes back four generations. They love great food and helping people. Old family dinner recipes like Chef Joe’s World-Famous Meatloaf, BBQ Country ribs, Beef Stro-

ganoff, Pot Roast and Grilled Pineapple Chicken are enjoyed by 100-150 patrons each week. This regular patronage helped provide over 6000 meals for the homeless in our community last year. We would love for you to join us for dinner because the more people we serve the more we can help!

We serve at The Lutheran Church of the Resurrection located on East Lake Road at the intersection of Ridgemoor Blvd and Village Center Dr (across from Lansbrook Golf Club). The address: 1555 Windmill Pointe Rd.; Palm Harbor, FL, 34685. Who comes? Everyone! Who’s welcome? Everyone! What time is dinner served? Dinner is served 3:45 - 6:30pm. Many come for dinner and stay for music and our popular Lutheran Church of the Resurrection / Tarpon Springs American Legion Post #46 Bingo Game. Bingo begins at 7pm and often runs until 9pm. The proceeds from Bingo fund Pinellas county student scholarships and youth programming.

“Chef Joe and the WNO ministry connects with 2 target groups in our area: Young families who need time, convenience and affordability even as they are feeling rushed through the day (and come through the drive through….. and Seniors looking for affordability, community and getting out locally without having to cook for only themselves” says Dr. David Gardner Tweed, Pastor of LCR. “It brings neighbors together to meet needs for community and a meal and then multiplies that neighboring and feeding in near miraculous ways to others.” Chef Joe likes to say “In a lot of ways I like to think of it as when Jesus fed the 5000 with a few donated fishes and loaves… it’s a miracle we are able to provide so many, many

meals thru the donations of food and money from partnerships and feed the very large unseen need of hungry families and homeless in our community.” So for anyone who would enjoy great food and meeting new friends – come join us for a meal! Tech Talk with Bob: Farewell Windows 7 By Bob Dalles There have been notices of this online, in the newspapers, magazines and television. Come January 2020, Microsoft will no longer be supporting Windows 7. So what does this mean if you currently use Windows 7? Quite simply, Microsoft does not intend to make any more repairs to problems found with the Windows 7 operating system. They would love for you to upgrade to their newest Windows operating system; currently Windows 10. But they will no longer provide repairs to Windows 7 with patches and updates. Patches and updates are fixes for vulnerabilities discovered in Windows 7. Microsoft has been providing these weekly since Windows

28 NOVEMBER 2019

7 was released back in 2009. Patches and updates deal with issues usually concerning your computer system’s performance and security exploits that have been recently discovered and repaired by Microsoft. These patches and updates are vital to keep your computer running smoothly and securely. You have probably been receiving these every week, perhaps without even knowing it. Your computer usually receives them in the background while your computer sits idle or while you are doing some light computing work. This is accomplished through the service referred to as “Windows Update.” So for most users it’s a no-brainer. The danger of Windows Update being a no-brainer

is that some users are not aware of the importance of keeping their Windows operating systems current. If you were not connected to the internet you would not be as much of a target to cyber criminals and therefore would not need to be as concerned about keeping your Windows operating system up to date. But since you probably do have an internet connection, you will become more and more vulnerable to cyber criminals, as each week passes, once Microsoft’s support ends. Now don’t be alarmed thinking that, all of a sudden, your computer is going to stop working in January. Your computer will continue to work just as it does today. The exception being that after January 14th you will become

an easier target for cyber criminals. It has always been my company’s policy to not recommend unnecessary upgrades to clients. Just because a manufacturer releases a new version of something doesn’t mean you need to upgrade to it right away. Plus, I prefer

that my clients not spend money on upgrades until they really need to. You need to upgrade when it is feasible both financially and from a security standpoint. So, if you are currently using Windows 7 this is my recommendation to you. If your computer never connects to the internet, and all of your current programs and devices are functioning properly, then you are in good shape. Leave well enough alone. There is little chance your computer will be involved in a cyber attack. However, if your computer is connected to the internet, you must upgrade. I would also recommend that you not hesitate and start planning for this now so you have a smoother transition. If you would like our help call 727534-4000. Be Safer Out There!
