Club Pilates Offers High-Quality, Life-Changing Training By Carla Dubis

over 2.2 million workouts to its dedicated members… and they are just getting started. Nathan and his wife believe that Pilates is the path to a fuller, more satisfying physical existence. “We believe that being in control of your body helps you to be in control of your life. And best of all, we believe that you can start anytime,” said Nathan.

Pure to Joseph Pilates’ original reformed-biased Contrology Method, but modernized with group practice and expanded state-of-the-art equipment, Club Pilates, located at 13254 N Dale Mabry Hwy offers high-quality, life-changing training at a surprisingly affordable price. The workout challenges your core with the end result being a longer, leaner, and more toned you. And if you keep with it regularly, you’ll be showing off a set of sexy, sculpted abs. Club Pilates’ goal is ambitious, yet simple: They want to fulfill Joseph Pilates’ dream of bringing his workout to every person who can benefit from a stronger body and a more balanced life. Working hard to fulfill that dream is Nathan Philyaw along with his wife Ayesha, who are the proud owners of Club Pilates. They have been running the Carrollwood facility since June of 2016. Born in San Diego in 2005, Club Pilates has expanded quickly across the nation, bringing Pilates to hundreds of thousands of people. In 2016, Club Pilates served up

safely get the most out of their workouts. While mastering Pilates movements and techniques, student teachers learn how to address the many imbalances and injuries that people face in day-to-day life. Graduates of the teacher training program develop a complete understanding of the musculoskeletal structure and system, gaining insight to help clients suffering from many types of injury, while safely exercising

and challenging all individuals. Each Pilates trainer brings their individual background, personality, and experience with Pilates into their individual teaching style – truly the beauty of this work.

Why Club Pilates? The Club Pilates team has more combined hours studying, training, teaching and practicing Pilates than any other Pilates studio in existence. “It’s not even close!” said Nathan.

Tampa Bay News & Lifestyles

General Manager Erica Cormier and Owner Nathan Philyaw “And over that time, we have perfected our unique and proprietary approach to ensuring every Club Pilates member receives the finest training and most effective results!” he added. They call this approach “The Club Pilates Method” which in Nathan’s words “Is the widest array of classes available anywhere, designed to challenge students at every level and target exactly what you want to work on most.”

Tampa Bay News & Lifestyles

Club Pilates offers brand-new state-of-the-art equipment in every studio, including not just Reformers, but the entire array of Pilates tools: The Chair, The Springboard, The Barre and The TRX Training System. You will get a complete Pilates workout, every time. Rest assure you will get the best value in Pilates, with unexpectedly low prices that will allow you to dedicate yourself to Pilates for life!

Nathan, his wife and the entire team at Club Pilates Carrollwood value customer service and will go above and beyond to make your experience one that you will want to repeat, over and over again. Nathan says “I really enjoy working with my team members and helping them grow to reach their full potential. A few of our team members who aren’t currently instructors have gone through Teach Training to further their knowledge in Pilates.” So you are guaranteed to be trained by the very best, which will provide you with the best results possible. “We have a tight nit community and that translates to building rapport and relationships with our members,” Nathan added. First time goer Steve Rolle had this to say about his experience at Club Pilates Carrollwood; “Being an individual who has been an avid weight lifter for many years, I was skeptical on what I felt Pilates would bring to the table. After participating in a demo class today, I will say that my skepticism is no more. I thoroughly enjoyed the class and the different aspect to fitness that Pilates brings. I actually found myself sweating and looking around at other participants (who I know were no where near as physically strong as me) wondering if certain exercises were as challenging to them as they were for me! The facility was immaculate and the owners and staff were super friendly and knowledgeable! I look forward to more sessions at Club Pilates Carrollwood!” A more experienced Pilates participant, Robin Dreier, found what she claims to be the best Pilates place ever at Club Pilates Carrollwood. “Love this place! I've tried almost all

For Ad Info 813-928-6124 • info@NNLFlorida.com

the niche studios, and this has been by far my favorite (and most affordable). I don't think at the end of a workout class I've ever said "it's already been an hour, can I stay for the next class?" The classes vary so you never get bored, and no matter your fitness level, the instructors explain every move, help you as needed, and explain the reason behind each exercise--what you're working, why the right form is important. I do triathlons and Pilates has helped me with all three, getting stronger. It's also helped me in day-today. Better posture and much less "morning soreness" when waking up. Highly recommend checking out a class, but be warned, it's incredibly addictive!” said Robin about her experience at Club Pilates. Club Pilates General Manager, Erica Cormier, shared with me that she lost over 30lbs by doing Pilates on a regular basis. “I gained a significant amount of weight after a knee injury, and I was told I could not put any pressure on my leg. So pretty much a lot of exercises were out of the question, except Pilates. Once I tried it I was hooked! and after doing it on a regular basis the weight started melting off! I lost over 30lbs in a short time, and have managed to keep it off by continuing my Pilates classes,” said Erica. Nathan and the team believe that Pilates is definitely the finest strengthtraining workout available for anyone, at any age. So they are looking forward to you trying it for yourself. It’s the starting path to a fuller, richer healthier and more satisfying life. Nathan says “The functional strength and flexibility you will gain at Club Pilates won’t just benefit you while you’re exercising; it will become the key to living a happier, healthier and more fulfilling life.” At Club Pilates they want to invite you to “Do Pilates. Do Life.” Club Pilates Carrollwood is conveniently located at 13254 N Dale Mabry Hwy, Tampa, FL 33618. A new location on the Wesley Chapel / New Tampa area is already in the works, so more people will be able to benefit from this incredible workout. Current Club Pilates members can now download the new “Members Only Club Pilates App” which allows them to get rewarded with points by simply logging in their classes, referring friends and joining challenges. Michael’s Grill - Carrollwood’s Gem By Carla Dubis Michael’s Grill is an awardwinning, dine-in restaurant featuring a full lunch and dinner menu. They also have a full breakfast menu on Saturday and Sundays. This cozy neighborhood gem is conveniently located at 11720 North Dale Mabry Highway, and provides ample parking for all their guests. Michael’s Grill offers lots of great fish dishes, savory chicken entrees, juicy steak dishes, mouthwatering pastas, amazing salads and delicious home made soups. I had the opportunity to taste their awardwinning She-crab bisque, and it was delicious, I highly recommend it. They also offer daily lunch and dinner specials, which are highlighted on a big colorful chalkboard inside their restaurant. Michael’s Grill is family owned and operated by Chef Michael and his lovely wife Andrea. This wonderful couple have been married for 17 years, the same amount of years that Michael’s Grill has been open. “We opened in 2000, the same year we married,” said Andrea. Andrea runs and manages the front of the restaurant. She greets every customer that walks in with a big smile and makes them feel right at home. She shared with me that she loves to bake, and actually she is the one in charge of baking all the desserts that are offered at Michael’s Grill, including their special home made apple blueberry strudel. Chef Michael’s dream all his life was to open his own restaurant. His love for really fresh tasty food came

The Owners of Michael’s Grill, Andrea and Michael Reilly from cooking at home when he was young. I asked him who taught him how to cook so well and he said “My mother of course! I learned everything I know from her.” Michael’s mother was half French half German, and his father was Irish American, so a lot of the dishes reflect a strong European flair. Chef Michael grew up in Miami, and was head chef at Monte Trainers on the bay for ten years. He trained under French chefs and his ability for creating amazing dishes came naturally. Seafood specially has been a big part of Chef Michael’s career, but he admits a really great hand cut steak is right up his ally. I love seafood, so during my visit I ordered their savory Rustic Salmon, which completely blew my mind. This particular entree is now one of my all time favorite salmon dishes in

Tampa Bay. From the impeccable presentation, to the perfectly pan seared piece of salmon topped with a warm fresh tomato ragu, and honey goat cheese, to the magnificent roasted cauliflower and pesto cream, this dish is nothing short of perfection. They also offer a wide variety of chicken dishes like their Sonoma Chicken, which consists of a succulent grilled chicken breast with a creamy blue cheese and smoked bacon risotto served with chefs veggies. Even though their food is outstanding, their friendly and personal service is what truly sets them apart. “We love to make guests feel special. If we know someone is coming in for a special occasion we’ll have champagne waiting for them when they arrive,” says Andrea. “We love to have fresh cut flowers on all

our tables and flickering candles. Michael and I always strive to meet all of our guests.” Local customer, Michael Parise, recently gave Michael’s Grill a 5 star review on Facebook and had this to say about his experience: “Just finished Jay's Birthday lunch at Michael's Grill in Carrollwood. Rarely am I able to offer such a comprehensively positive review of a restaurant from the moment we entered to the moment we left and all the wonderful food and drink in between. The sangria was unique and wonderful; best I ever tasted. The meals were fresh, tasty, properly seasoned, and prepared in a way that showed love. The wait staff was fabulous; Bianca could not have been more pleasant and helpful. Michael's is chef-owned. His wife Andrea tends the bar (she made the sangria!) and makes every guest feel special. And the prices were very reasonable for the quality and care. Thank you Michael's Grill on Dale Mabry, Carrollwood, Tampa!” So what are some of the guest favorite dishes? “Guests favorites are the Wasabi Crusted Tuna, the Rustic Salmon and the Steak Au Poivre. Of course the crab cakes, She-Crab bisque and the fried brie are a must!” says Andrea. “Our breakfast on Saturday and Sunday is delicious. Our eggs Benedict are amazing. Michael’s Hollandaise sauce is made from scratch of course. It’s very creamy and savory with a hint of lemon. You may also want to try the croquet madame, which consists of ham and swiss cheese on Texas toast topped with fried eggs and light

cheese sauce. And mimosas are always $3.99.” At Michael’s Grill you can see and taste that every dish is made with love and a true passion for cooking. “Guests always tell us that our food is so tasty and fresh, I really think they taste the love that Michael and his team put into each of the dishes,” says Andrea. “We enjoy making people happy, it makes us happy. It’s a great feeling when you can give someone a really great meal. “Our love for the customer and great quality food shines not only through us, but our servers and kitchen staff as well.” Chef Michael shared with me that he truly loves what he does. He loves the instant gratification he gets from being a head chef and restaurant owner. “I love the fact that as soon as I am done with a dish I can see the customers’ faces and reactions. I love hearing their compliments from across the bar and every time someone gives me a thumbs up, I feel an enormous amount of instant satisfaction. You cannot get that at all jobs,” says Chef Michael.

Tampa Bay News & Lifestyles

Andrea and Chef Michael would like to thank everyone that have supported them through all these years. “We really want to thank all of our loyal customers for their magnificent support throughout the years. It’s been a pleasure serving you and getting to know you. It will be 17 years this December, and we wouldn’t be here without your amazing support and loyalty,” says Andrea. “We also really appreciate feedback, so whenever you come in, please let us know what you think about the food and overall experience. We consider it a gift to make us better.”

fix or repair you need for HVAC, Plumbing or Electric. Their list of services is endless - this team truly has you covered in any situation! Rebecca W. says, “I have been using Cornerstone for a couple of years now. I started off on my primary house with plumber Kiel installing an iron/water filtration for iron in my well. I then had an electrician install additional outlets at my home and a HVAC agent service my a/c system. I was talked into buying the service plan by Kiel and I’m so happy I did. I am getting quality work at a discount. Today I have my dad’s rental property getting flipped, because well it needs to and he can’t do it anymore due to dementia. I hired some contractors to fix up the property (redo floors, tile work, and even install cabinets). One contractor even claimed to be a prior plumber and assured me he could conquer the job with quality. Well…thank goodness Jerry, a Cornerstone plumber, came to my rescue because my so-called plumber had no clue what he is doing. Jerry is taking the time to make sure the plumbing is done right and to county code! Going above and beyond the call of duty. Every time I have called cornerstone for electric, plumbing, or HVAC it has always been top-notch service. Thank you!” With Cornerstone you always receive professionalism, quality work and quality products. Don’t let Spot Get too Hot!

How to keep your four legged friend cool this summer.

By Billy Alice Florida is known for many things, not least of which is the HEAT! While most of the country assumes it’s always Summer here, us Floridians know the hot honest truth. Summer can get brutal and for our fur wearing friends it can be even more unbearable. So if you have a canine companion here are a few tips to keep them cool and how to spot if they’ve gotten too hot! First things first, always make sure to have a lot of fresh water available for your dog (year round) but especially in the summer months. This will keep them hydrated and help cool them from the inside out. One of the best ways to avoid overheating, is to plan outdoor activity in the early mornings and later evenings when the temperature is lower. When going on walks keep your pup on grass or light concrete as much as possible. On a 95° day the concrete can reach a temperature of 120° at peak sun hours and the grass can still reach 105°. If the ground is too hot for your bare feet, it’s too hot for your pup! In the hot months try going on shorter walks more frequently instead of long walks that can lead to exhaustion or overheating. It’s also never a good idea to let your pup sit in a parked car even if the windows are cracked or open. Cars can quickly exceed the ambient temperature of the air even in shade, so if they can’t come inside where you are going, leave them at home in the air conditioning.

To help expel some of your dog’s energy but still stay cool, consider playing in the hose or sprinkler with your pet. It is a great way to keep you both refreshed and have some fun! If you have access to a pool or body of water taking your dog for a swim will help them get in activity but stay cool in the process. When using water to cool your pup you should avoid using any water that is ice cold however, as that can constrict blood vessels and make it harder for your dog to release excess heat. Wetting their ears with water or rubbing alcohol will actively help them cool off if you notice any signs of heat exhaustion. Be sure to keep a close eye on them and familiarize yourself with the symptoms of heat exhaustion in dogs, especially when doing outdoor activities. Signs include, excessive panting, rapid heartbeat, disorientation, collapse, brick red gums or tongue, vomiting and respiratory distress. If you notice any of these contact your vet immediately and start actively cooling them down. A normal temperature for a dog is between 98° and 102°, a dog’s temperature should never go above 103°. The best way to keep your dog safe and happy is just to be aware of them and their surroundings. Summer doesn’t have to mean indoors only for your best friend if you keep these tricks in mind.

Different frozen treats are a fantastic way to help your pup beat the heat, my St. Bernard loves plain ice and now comes running at the sound of our ice machine. Also freezing different stuffable toys with vet approved fillers can work wonders for a hot dog. Both my dogs love frozen watermelon or apples, and blended banana and peanut butter is always a crowd pleaser! Just be sure to check with your vet before changing your dog’s diet.

It’s an Incredible 37th Season for Carrollwood Players By Deborah Bostock-Kelley The 37th season at Carrollwood Players Theatre is a season of epic proportions. Featuring three musicals and seven shows on Mainstage and three original musical revues, four staged readings and two fully staged production in the CWP Black Box, the 2017-2018 season beginning September 8, 2017, offers something for everyone. The season’s first quarter opens with the patron-selected musical from the theatre’s “Adopt a Musical” annual event, The Full Monty. Running September 8-30, written by Terrence McNally with a score by David Yazbek, the musical is about six unemployed steelworkers without money or prospects. They notice that their wives and other women go crazy for male strippers. Despite inexperience and lack of coordination, the six become a team of strippers and parade their “real man” bodies hoping to earn some quick cash, facing their selfconsciousness and body image anxiety head-on. If you missed the limited run in the CWP Black Box of the original staged reading by Joe Pauly earlier this year, due to its overwhelming popularity, The Curse of Frankenstein’s Castle will be showcased from October 20 – November 4 on Mainstage. If you merge 1930s Frankenstein with Airplane, Monty Python and The Three Stooges, you get an idea of the hilarity that awaits you October 20 – November 4, just in time for Halloween. favorite, A Christmas Carol. Running December 1- 23, this is an adaptation of the story of Ebenezer Scrooge - from embittered, ungenerous skinflint into a giving, caring human being at the hands of three spirits, who, one Christmas Eve, show him what life truly means. ----------------------------Interested in getting on stage? Auditions for upcoming productions are posted regularly on the theatre website, Facebook and Twitter. The theatre is always seeking new talent of all ages to join the dozens of regulars who call Carrollwood Players Theatre home. Is acting not your cup of tea? There are many other opportunities to volunteer. Carrollwood Players Theatre is run by volunteers of all ages and is always looking for high school students in need of Bright Futures scholarship hours, college students who need volunteer credit, retirees looking to stay active, and everyone in between. From the actors on stage, the lighting and sound techs, the stage manager, the committees publicizing the shows, fundraising for the theatre and selecting the plays for Mainstage and the CWP Black Box to the volunteers manning the concession stand, ticketing and box office – even the Board of Directors donate their time and talent to make the theatre the best experience it can be. Each Mainstage and the CWP Black Box show requires a photographer, videographer, set, costumes, and props, so volunteers behind the scenes are always needed. Volunteers who work front-of-house doing concessions, programs, ticket taking, and raffles can see the show without cost. Discover for yourself why so many call Carrollwood Players Theatre their second home and its members, their second family. to weight gain - not just your diet. Some of the major contributing factors included hormonal imbalances, thyroid issues, environmental toxins, autoimmune disease, type 2 diabetes, etc. It was then that she opened the main clinic in Tampa to help people dealing with the same frustrating weight gain frustration she had faced. They have since opened 3 more clinics in Florida and Wisconsin. “At Medical Weight Loss, LLC, we have medical doctors, as well as nurse practitioners, that have been treating our patients successfully for years, so that the root cause of these problems can be addressed. Our registered nurses and supportive staff are there for you to help you every step of the way.” Medical weight loss plans are not new, and many are similar, but those programs usually involve significant upcharges and hidden fees. Dr. Jachimek’s 269-SLIM program is different. Her program is focused on the long-term results, meaning, not only will the process safely take off your weight during the active phase of the program, but also prevent the pounds from returning during the “maintenance phase”...(which is free)! This is no diet trend – This is looking at your medical history,

Jachimek and her husband are both Chiropractic physicians, and have those clinics here and in Spring Hill. So, they also treat patients that are in pain from accident injuries, and have every day neck or back pain! Their medical weight loss program combines pharmaceutical appetite suppressant medication, fat burning injections and pills, and a clinically proven diet with medical doctor and nursing support and counseling to help their patients reach their “target” weight goals. This physician supervised program helps those who have before tried and failed to lose unwanted pounds. Dr. Gail says, “We opened the clinic because I was entering menopause and gaining weight. When I asked my primary physician, as well as my doctor friends, for help, I got extremely rude responses. I was told to “push away from the table”. Dr. Gail does not want her patients to go through the same degrading experience. At the time, Dr. Gail was living on chicken and salad, and practicing level 3 kickboxing. She says, “I had been thin as a young woman, so I

also assumed that anyone over weight deserved to be overweight because they were ‘eating chips in front of the television,’ etc.” When the unexplained weight gain happened to her, she was then convinced that other factors were involved. She wanted an answer. Determined to learn more, Dr. Jachimek joined the ASBP (American Society of Bariatric Physicians) and went to their symposiums for further education and tools. She discovered that there are many contributing factors

evaluating your EKG, bloodwork and lifestyle. Then, their doctors propose a plan for you, and prescribe appropriate pharmaceutical appetite suppressant medication, fat burning injections, vitamin therapy and fat burning supplements. “The program is simple, inexpensive and easy to follow. We give you a large list of foods to buy/choose from,” says Dr. Jachimek. “The program is easy, because it is food bought in the grocery store, (no special foods to order) just regular meats, fruits and vegetables on our list. This factor also makes it more affordable, because you don’t have to buy special foods, or cook separate dinners if you have a family.” Under the supervision of their medical doctors, patients can drop 20 to 30 pounds in the first month. Dr. Jachimek said that it is common to see 5-10 pounds dropped in the first week. “We have had patients that have lost 17 pounds in their first week, as well as patients that have lost over a hundred pounds on our program”, says Dr. Jachimek. Accountability is also a major part of the program. Keeping the patients safe and on track, their nurses evaluate, and treat patients weekly to provide support and give suggestions

SAT AND ACT IMPROVEMENT: SUMMER STRATEGIES Summer in Florida … hot, humid, and a great time to prepare for the SAT and ACT Exams with available time and the new SAT Exam on August 26th, and first ACT Exam on September 10th. Rising seniors like having the time to really focus and study with results known early in the fall. If strong, then no further prep or tests are needed; if not quite what desired, there is time to take it again. Rising juniors like to see how well they can do, plus this is a perfect time to prep for the PSAT in October and have the best shot at a national merit scholarship. Rising sophomores like the preparation, especially those aiming for “Top 25” or “Top 10” colleges and universities and possibly major scholarships. Some very good news is that the SAT finally gave in to pressure and added an exam in August. Results will be back in time for UF admissions the first of November and

applications for early admission to other colleges and universities, which has been a major problem with the SAT in prior years. The first ACT Exam of the fall is always scheduled for the early September. I have many options for summer preparations. First, my prep classes can be taken individually, or the SAT and ACT can be combined which saves 15 class hours from taking them separately because of their overlapping material. My classes can start in June after the last ACT exam on June 10th, or in July or early August, depending upon whether a student wants to take one or two classes a week, and how we need to schedule around family vacations, jobs, or other time requirements. Make sure and check when your high school begins classes in early August because they keep starting earlier and earlier each year. Classes can be private or semiprivate, and my maximum class is

three students. Often, students have friends or “study buddies” they would like to prepare with. I do like to schedule our Dress Rehearsal Exam and follow-up Review shortly before the actual exam. If you would like to talk with me further about your student and my summer classes, please contact me at 727-253-0639 or at wwa0811@mykolab.com. Dr. Wayne Adams is one of the leading SAT and ACT tutors in the country. His students normally improve 200 – 350 points on the Writing, Reading, and Math, and 4 – 7 points on the ACT composite. They have been admitted to eight of the top ten universities in the country, seventeen of the top twentyfive, and many schools in Florida. These schools include Harvard, Yale, Princeton, Columbia, Stanford, U Chicago, Duke, U Penn, Johns Hopkins, Cornell, Notre Dame,

Many have received academic, athletic, or music scholarships. This year, he also tutored three juniors who scored at the national merit finalist/semi-finalist levels on the most recent PSAT. He is a former Dean of a Graduate School of Business and Full Professor, and began college teaching at the University of Maryland in 1968. He has degrees and advanced studies at Harvard, Yale, Vanderbilt, Columbia International, and Luther Rice.

handyman service,” co-owner Reggie Morgan says. So, why Andy, and not Tom OnCall? “Back in 1992, the phone book was the internet,” Morgan says. “So, you wanted a name that would show up on the first pages of the yellow pages. Ergo, ANDY OnCall®.” The original business in Chattanooga became the first franchise in May of 1999. There are now 84 franchises nationwide. Morgan bought the franchise located on W. Linebaugh Ave. in Tampa in April of late year. “ANDY OnCall® had name recognition, the location was 16 years old and it was a good match to my needs,” Morgan says. Morgan comes from a nine-year career in the navy, working in electronic warfare. He also worked in the broadcast industry and was a Sears Home Central district manager responsible for 114 technicians before moving to Wesley Chapel 15 years ago. Morgan comes from a strong building background, which is also engraved in his genes. “My father was a carpenter,” Morgan says. “I grew up

ANDY OnCall® is available for evening and weekend appointments, and the job can start immediately. “We will actually go out to the site to evaluate your needs,” Morgan says. “There’s no obligation, but we don’t give estimates over the phone. And we can also start right away if needed.” Craftsmen split the rates set by ANDY OnCall® with the company. They are paid by the job and not by the hour. ANDY OnCall® craftsmen will finish the work fast without compromising the quality. Taking into consideration large projects that take a little longer—say, a new kitchen, or extensive plumbing work— co-owner Reggie Morgan estimates that 80 percent of the jobs they take on are completed in a matter of hours, days or weeks. ANDY OnCall® covers the entire

Certified Craftsmen You Can Trust ANDY OnCall® has insurance that covers the company’s employees, including their vehicles, while they are on the job, and is licensed for electrical, plumbing and airconditioning (HVAC) work. Craftsmen are given yearly background checks and have printed badges with photo identification on them. ANDY OnCall® hires only experienced and reliable workers. “Most guys have a minimum 10 years of experience when they come to us. That’s 10 years, verifiable, with their own truck and tools,” Morgan says. “We don’t just hire people, we want someone that fits our role and knows what we expect.” Craftsmen are given lighter jobs early, with Morgan or managing partner and co-owner Vince Pizzitola

following up on the work. Pizzitola came into the Tampa franchise five years ago as a craftsman. He has a background in chemistry and engineering and worked at rehabbing houses for over a decade. Pizzitola handled the New Tampa / Wesley Chapel area, where he still takes jobs on, but he has transitioned into more of a managerial role. He came on as the local franchise co-owner in January of this year. “I still am the main backup or problem solver, but now I am more of a resource,” Pizzitola says. Pizzitola and Morgan bid the larger jobs and use newer hires in onthe-job training, always making sure that “newbies” first work with a veteran crafstman.

A Smart And Systematic Approach to Home Repairs All craftsmen are spread across the tri-county service area; Hillsborough, Pinellas and Pasco. When there is a new project to be tackled, craftsmen are contacted and scheduled so that they either stay close to where they live, or at least end their route near their homes. “We try to keep them working in

a systematic way,” Morgan says. “We will try to steer the workers home with bids.” This makes for a shortened commute that employees appreciate. It also saves the company money, while getting someone to your home more promptly. “It makes a difference because you’re not getting the job done if you’re in your car, driving from place to place. We have craftsmen strategically located in areas around the Tampa Bay area and they tend to handle those areas,” Pizzitola says. ANDY OnCall® caters to the skill set of each craftsman. If a craftsman specializes in drywall, he/she will get a lot of drywall bids. If another is a skilled electrician, those craftsmen will more often get the electrical bids. Stop putting off those home repairs, call ANDY OnCall® at (813) 961-2600 or stop by their office at 5008 W. Linebaugh Ave., Suite 37, to set up an appointment for service or to get your free job estimate. The office is open Monday through Friday, 8:30am - 4:00pm.
