I don’t normally do this, but considering I am personally a new member of Orange Theory Fitness, I wanted to take this opportunity to tell all of our readers one thing. If you’ve ever wanted to change your appearance and live a healthier lifestyle, I don’t think there’s a better option than joining Orange Theory Fitness Trinity! When I first heard of Orange Theory, I thought this had to be the next “crazy work-out fad” or gimmick, especially when I saw the orange spray painted bikes chained up

around Tampa Bay. You may have seen those around town and I really can’t say anything bad about them because they did their job as far as marketing goes. It sure got people talking! I’ve been very physically active my entire life and I even played football professionally for a brief period of time so I’ll admit that I had my reservations about giving a group fitness class a shot. I honestly thought this was going to be just another CrossFit concept. I was wrong! Orangetheory Fitness makes not just working out, but CARDIO fun! Something I can

From The Editor Carla Dubis

Tampa Bay News & Lifestyles I want to start this editorial by thanking every single person that took some time to reach out to me and say a few words of encouragement in regards to my new role as Editor. Thank you! From the bottom of my heart, for your support and positive feedback. I also want to thank you for sending me your deepest condolences over the sudden and recent death of my father. Losing a loved one is never easy, but I am happy that my dad and I got to spend a lot of quality time together while he was here visiting. I find comfort in remembering all the good times him and I shared throughout my 31 years of life. Just remember to tell those you love how much you care and how much they mean to you on a daily basis. You never know what tomorrow may bring. Even though my college education was focused on Fine Arts and Web Design, there's always been a special place in my heart for the written word. I realize I am not an expert writer, and I will sometimes forget a comma or two, but I want you to know that I am extremely passionate about writing and sharing my thoughts and feelings with you through my editorials and stories. I want to share with you some of the emails I received from our readers,

TCBY of Trinity is the Perfect Spot for a Cool Summer Treat! By Christina Aguis Every time customers walk into TCBY they are greeted with friendly faces and a variety of flavors to choose from out of the self-serve machines. It’s been almost six years since TCBY of Trinity opened and owners Jay and Patti Silar, along with daughter Jenifer Mills, work every day to give their customers The Country’s Best Yogurt, which is what TCBY stands for. It all started for the Silars in August of 2011 when they opened shop in Mitchell Ranch Plaza, to give them something to do. “It really started with the idea of a hobby for my mom and dad,” said Mills. “It gave them something to do and it gave me something to do. I was a stay at home mom and hadn’t worked for years. It got me out of the house and gave us all a purpose.” The idea originated while Jay and Patti were visiting their grandchildren in Charlotte, North Carolina. The girls had asked to go to a new frozen yogurt store for dessert, which

6

featured an array of toppings and was self-serve. “We all knew TCBY from the 80s,” said Mills. “My dad thought the store in Charlotte so neat and he was really impressed, so he looked into a franchise.” Patti and Jay said that the store is really Jenifer’s and that they started it for her. “Jenifer has been on the ground floor from the beginning,” said Patti. “She does it all.” The three split time at the store amongst each other, while Jenifer does the marketing, social media, and payroll. “It’s fun,” said Mills. “I come in to help the employees open and leave around 1:30 to pick up my daughter from school. We’re not here at night because we trust our employees to do their job, but we are always a phone call away.” Patti stressed that one of their main goals is to give students an opportunity for a first job. “It’s tons of fun,” said Patti. “They get to meet and talk to people

but there’s work too.” Employee, 18-year-old Kamren Powers, has been working at TCBY for almost two years and said that he loves the environment that TCBY provides. “TCBY is a really fun place to work,” said Powers. “There are a lot of friendly people and I think that we provide something that other frozen yogurt places don’t.” What most people don’t know is that TCBY has their own, patented yogurt, where most frozen yogurt stores buy their yogurt from various suppliers. With their own TCBY yogurt and multiple flavors to choose from, it’s easy for the Silars to pick what goes into the machines, especially when something is in season or is in popular demand. “We have core flavors that we have to have in the store, like Chocolate and Vanilla,” said Mills. “Every other flavor is based on what the customers want. We once took out Cake Batter and had just about a riot.”

SEPTEMBER 2017

There are five machines that fit two flavors, giving customers 10 flavors to choose from. In addition to the core flavors, others vary from Greek, dairy free and sorbets; they also

Tampa Bay News & Lifestyles

Right now the store’s newest flavor is a no-sugar-added, non-fat Mint Chocolate Chip and their special flavor for June is Strawberry. To make the frozen yogurt even more delicious, TCBY has over 50

toppings to choose from. “We don’t really rotate toppings except for fruits in season and maybe holiday candies,” said Mills. “We have a big variety but it’s what the people like and our fruit always has to be fresh.” Besides having fresh fruit everyday TCBY has a variety of different chocolates to choose from. “It all goes back to chocolate,” said Mills. They go through about five to ten pounds of peanut butter cups a day, but they also have some healthy options. “Let’s be honest, this ain’t a place for dieters,” said Patti. “But we try to have some healthy toppings like granola.” Although they don’t change the toppings much, their newest topping is Fruity Pebbles cereal. “One lady insisted on the Fruity Pebbles,” said Mills. “So we tried it out and everyone has been loving them.” “Fruity Pebbles has definitely earned a spot on the table,” agreed Patti. TCBY also offers banana boats for

banana splits, milkshakes, and pints of their frozen yogurt. It’s all about the customers for TCBY. On top of giving the flavors and toppings that everyone wants, they also added a new app to give their customers rewards that will come into affect June 1st, called the Level Up App. “The new app offers more rewards for customers then just coming in and buying something,” said Mills. “They get points for getting the app, their birthday, and inviting people to join the app.” Mills added, “Our store will offer a newer Rewards Card for customers who don’t have a cell phone.” If you’re ready for a summer full of rewards, visit TCBY in Trinity for a variety of cold treats. TCBY of Trinity is located at 3140 Little Road in the Mitchell Ranch Plaza. Hours: Mon. – Sun., noon – 10 p.m. daily during the summer months of June, July and August. Call (727) 375-1177 for more information and check out TCBY of Trinity’s Facebook page or websitewww.tcbytrinity.com for upcoming events and flavors.

Get Holiday Ready with Hair by Linda Beach! By: Marcy Sanford Have you been settling for, it’s good enough with your current hair style? Do you feel like you have problem hair that you can’t do anything with? Have grey hairs started to sprout up and you’re not sure what your next step should be? Don’t waste anymore time hating your hair - hairstylist Linda Beach can help. She recently moved to the Trinity area from California and has quickly gained a loyal following of clients thanks to her expert touch and knowledge and willingness to listen to her clients and help them find solutions to their “hairtastropies.” “Linda is very reliable and her haircuts are great,” said client Barbara. “I don’t have good hair, but Linda knows how to cut it and the color is great. I get a lot of compliments, which for me is a big deal. Linda is a great stylist and she also has good business sense and understands that her clients’ time is important.” With more than 25 years of experience, stylist Linda Beach is an expert at all types of hair and hairstyles

BEFORE Linda Beach will turn your look from “drab” to FAB! and is always happy to share tips and techniques to help you keep you tresses looking their best. She owned a successful salon in California before moving to the Tampa area and has trained in New York, Las Vegas, Miami, Atlanta and Chicago but says one of the most important things she does that helps her be a great stylist is to really take the time to talk to her clients about their concerns and what they want from their hair. “It is very important to me that I take time to listen to my clients. They know their hair better than I do. If they

bring in a picture of a hairstyle they want, I can definitely recreate that style for them but first I want to talk with them about how the style would work with their hair and what they would have to do to maintain it.” Linda and her husband moved to Trinity earlier this year and several months ago she began seeing clients inside Sheer Elegance Salon at 4207 Little Road in Trinity. She says she is thrilled by the reception she’s received in the community. “Linda is a great hairstylist,” said client Carrie. “She listens to what I want and comes up with a plan for cut and color. I am summer-ready right

AFTER now because of her. She’s really wonderful and I love seeing her.” In addition to expert cuts, Linda is a specialist at highlights, lowlights and all over tint and can help you determine which one will work best for you. “Most women don’t want to be a slave to color,” Linda says. “Most don’t want to have to spend a lot of money and hours in the salon getting their hair colored constantly.” But with Linda’s skilled touch, you’ll have a hair color that you will love and one that is easy to maintain. Linda specializes in mature hair and helping those of us with grey figure out the best way to cover it up or add highlights to it to let

BEFORE our true self shine. “I am so happy Linda moved to Tampa,” says client Chris. “Linda is absolutely amazing. When I moved here, I went everywhere, visited expensive stylists too. For a year, I looked and could not find the right person. When you find that person that knows exactly how you like your hair, it’s awesome. I knew Linda was great the first time I sat in her chair in Sacramento. She studied the shape of my head and she takes everything into consideration. She takes the time to really listen to what you are looking for and what drives you nuts, and she knows exactly what to do. I am so happy she is here in Trinity.” Linda offers complimentary consultations for every client and has a wide variety of services to meet every

Bangkok Sushi - A True Neighborhood Gem! By Carla Dubis The moment you set foot at Bangkok Sushi, you know you’ve walked somewhere truly special and unique. Not only does this place have the most delicious sushi and thai food in the area, but it’s also one of the most exquisitely decorated restaurants I have ever had the pleasure of visiting. You can enjoy a seat at the sushi bar, on the charming outside patio or in the incredibly beautiful dining room. White table cloths, silverware, impressive Asian sculptures, remarkable paintings hung in gold frames and gorgeous fresh flowers will enhance your dining experience and delight your senses. The staff is friendly and extremely attentive without being intrusive. They came to check on me and re-filled my drink several times without me having to call on them. Your taste buds will come alive with their impressive selection of authentic thai favorites such as Pad Thai, Crispy Duck, Yum Squid, Volcano Lobster and Bangkok Combo Fried Rice. I had the pleasure of trying the Crispy Duck in a medium spice curry sauce and it was incredible; Crispy on the outside, juicy on the

14

Lobster Roll drizzled in spicy curry sauce! inside, perfectly seasoned and served with fresh veggies and white rice. All thai dishes can be prepared with little to no spice or, for those with a taste for adventure, Native Thai Hot! As an appetizer I ordered the “Bangkok Spring rolls.” These crispy rolls were stuffed with shrimp, ground pork, dry mushrooms, bean threads, carrots, onions, cabbage and scallions wrapped with a special rice paper, lightly deep fried and swerved with sweet plum sauce and ground peanuts. Each bite was a crunchy explosion of flavor! They were fantastic! Hands down, the best spring rolls I have ever

had in my life. Make sure you get a side on your next visit, you will not regret it. Bangkok sushi also offers the freshest sashimi and sushi with a wide variety of specialty rolls that are guaranteed to please. I love sushi and I am a very picky when it comes to fresh raw fish, and the sushi at Bangkok exceeded my expectations. Let me start by saying that the presentation of each of the rolls I ordered was incredibly beautiful. They looked almost too pretty to eat. Roger from Lutz says; “Bangkok is the Best sushi place in the area. The

SEPTEMBER 2017

presentation is always beautiful, and it tastes just as good as it looks.” I definitely agree with Roger! I’ve never seen sushi rolls presented in such a spectacular way before! Each sushi roll was truly a work of art and tasted even better than how they looked. In addition, the sushi portions are definitely larger than in other sushi joints in Tampa. I love anything tempura fried, that’s why the “Baba Roll” caught my eye while going over the extensive list of specialty roll options. This particular roll has shrimp tempura, cream cheese, asparagus, topped with cooked eel, steamed shrimp, avocado, eel sauce and spicy mayo. It was simply unbelievable, they achieved the perfect combination of some of my all time favorite sushi ingredients, I was very pleased. But the roll that completely blew my mind, was the “Lobster Roll.” This fabulous roll, besides looking like a work of edible art, tasted like a piece of pure heaven. In all my years eating sushi, never have I seen or tasted a better Lobster roll than this one. What makes it so amazing and unique? Well, let me ask you this; Have you ever seen half of a big lobster tail come with your lobster roll? Me neither! Until I came to Bangkok sushi. Not only you get half

Tampa Bay News & Lifestyles

Crispy Duck with fresh steamed vegetables in a curry sauce! of a big tail stuffed with juicy lobster meat, but you are guaranteed a big chunk of juicy lobster on each roll bite. Yummy! The photos do not do it justice, so trust me, if you like lobster, order this roll. George N. rated Bangkok sushi 5 stars and says; “Excellent Asian Fusion. Located right next to Carrabba's in Lutz, this gem of a restaurant caters to all things fresh and spicy. The restaurant is clean and inviting. The staff are excellent and very knowledgeable about the menu items. We started with the excellent Monster roll sushi, that was so large and

Tampa Bay News & Lifestyles

delicious that we almost filled ourselves. I had the Jungle curry, which was just the right amount of spicy curry and fresh veggies. Everyone enjoyed their food and there was plenty of takeout for the next day.” Come satisfy your thai and sushi cravings at Bangkok sushi, you will be happy you did. Bangkok Sushi is located at 16541 Pointe Village Dr #101, Lutz, FL 33558.Log on to bangkok-sushi.com for more information and a full lunch and dinner menu.

Trinity Family Physicians Celebrating 10 Years of Letting Their Family Care for Yours By Marcy Sanford

When the husband and wife team Dr. Stephanie Eldridge and Dr. Amir Shirmohammad opened Trinity Family Physicians in 2007, they wanted to bring a unique and special type of care to the area. “We both grew up in Tampa and wanted to return here after our residencies,” said Dr. Shirmo, as his patients call him. “We heard of a new hospital in Trinity that was opening and decided to open our practice in this area. From the very beginning, we have been overwhelmed by the love and support we’ve received from the community.” “Each day we feel so honored to be trusted by whole families,” said Dr. Eldridge. “We truly enjoy coming to work every day,” said Dr. Shirmo. “This is more than a job. It is a passion and a calling. The great thing about our practice is that it extends beyond the walls of our office. It’s great to see our patients out at local events or around town running errands.” It is because of this caring, positive attitude that so many families trust Trinity Family Physicians for the care of their whole family – from age 8 and up. Dr. Shirmo and Dr. Eldridge even provide care for family members in nursing homes or assisted living facilities. One tip they give for staying healthy is to schedule an annual physical. “One great idea is to

schedule your physical in the month you were born,” said Dr. Shirmo. “If you come in before you have any complaints, we can help you prevent health issues.” Another benefit of coming to Trinity Family Physicians before you are sick is that once you know Dr. Shirmo and Dr. Eldridge, they consider you a part of their family and will treat you as such. Dr. Shirmo and Dr. Eldridge will make sure that when you are sick you will get the care you need, when you need it. Even when you aren’t sick, Trinity Family Physicians is there for you. They regularly post health tips you can use on their Facebook page. They’ve researched the best vitamins for their patients and stock them in their office. They even offer a concierge health plan so that you

have access to your doctor at any time of the day or night. Since they opened Trinity Family Physicians, Dr. Eldridge and Dr. Shirmo have focused on not only providing personalized family care but also on supporting their community.

Fall means King Mackerel! By Capt. Matt Selby September is still a very hot month in our area of Florida but with that being said, the water temperatures start to come down slightly and that means King Mackerel will be flooding our waters anytime. By the end of the month, the King and Spanish Mackerel, will show up in large numbers as they make their migration through our area well into November. Fall is my favorite time of year to troll the reefs and hard bottom off Clearwater, and the King Mackerel is exactly why. In my opinion, the King Mackerel is the most underrated gamefish in our waters. Some people don’t bother with them because of their, well, I hate to say the word but again, underrated table fare value. I’ll admit, if you try to fry a kingfish fillet, you likely won’t be impressed. However, a bacon wrapped, smoked kingfish nugget is probably my favorite fish dish next to the panko crusted Wahoo bites I make. Most caught fish are what we call “snakes,” between 2 and 8 pounds, but the “Smokers” of 30 to 40, sometimes into the 60 pound range, are what keep

26

us coming back for more, year after year! There’s nothing like the sound of the reel screaming as the fish takes runs as long as 200 yards! I’ve often joked about how I could set that as my alarm clock and I’d wake up pumped and ready to take on the day! They have been known to make an initial run so hard and fast that the bearings get burned out and sometimes the angler will notice smoke coming off the reel, hence the nickname “smoker.” I have fished the local Kingfish tournament called “King Of The Beach” for the past few years and while I’ve never won it, I’ve caught a number of fish that would easily place top 20 out of the 500 boats on tournament day, and of course my personal best; 46 pounder (would have won it!) was caught just 15 hours before tournament time! I’m getting chills just thinking about the November tournament. I feel like this year will be my year!

WHERE & HOW TO CATCH Kings are found anywhere between 10 feet all the way out to 100 feet or more here off Tampa Bay. I know what you’re thinking, “Thanks

For Ad Info 727-943-0551 • info@NNLFlorida.com

Matt, that really clears things up.” The truth is, find the migrating baitfish and the predators will follow. I love searching the beaches for giants. The biggest kingfish are usually found in 2 places. The first place is the Florida middle Grounds and the second place is just off the beach where the sandbar drops

SEPTEMBER 2017

off or hard bottom begins. The big girls off the beach are referred to as “Beachcombers,” and if you’ve ever noticed a restaurant on Clearwater beach with that name, now you know why. The females, along with many species of fish, are much larger than the males. A typical Male Kingfish is rarely

above 10 pounds but the females have been recorded as big as 80! My favorite method for catching the big Kingfish is a method called live bait slow trolling. This tactic is where the angler either drifts with the current or idles at the slowest speed possible. I usually set back a 4 rod spread with 2 baits low and 2 baits presented at the surface. You can’t forget the wire leader because many Kings are lost to cut lines. Sometimes if I’m trolling fast enough and decide against slow trolling, I’ll use 80 pound Fluorocar-

Tampa Bay News & Lifestyles

bon leader and hope they bite near the hook and not the line but it’s always a gamble. My second favorite tactic is one anyone can do, even from a kayak! This is easy, chum like crazy and throw out live bait on a float or a balloon and wait for the reel to start screaming! I’ve caught a number of 30+ pound fish this way, and you can too! If you want to catch the biggest Kingfish of your life, book with me for the month of October. I still have some days available! Capt-Matt Selby captainselby1507@gmail.com

“Philly”

Save Money with Cash Only Specials!

Continued from page 1 A HISTORY & UNDERSTANDING OF THE BEST OF PHILLY CHEESESTEAK HOUSE There are a lot of reasons to choose Best of Philly Cheesesteak House in New Port Richey – the great specials, the great food, the convenience of pick-up or delivery when you’re rushing around – but the best reason to eat at Best of Philly is that it is delicious!_ Best of Philly Cheesesteak House gives you the best in service, taste, flavor and portion size. Whether you want a traditional Philly, served like true Philadelphians eat them, or you want it made your own peculiar way, the quality is never lacking. Owners Mike and Debbie Natoli truly enjoy providing great food and service to their neighbors. Mike takes his cooking skills seriously, bringing original flavor and flair to his restaurant. He cooks what he loves and has visited the award-winning cheesesteak eateries in Philly many times to compare his to theirs. Mike and Debbie provide the real deal, a bona fide cheesesteak just like the Philly masters serve it. The perfect Philly cheesesteak starts with a soft, delicious roll, and as any cheesesteak-lover knows, the roll is as important as the filling. The original Philly cheesesteak, as served in Philly, is either with or without onions. I like mine with mushrooms, peppers and onions. Mike says this is THE FLORIDA, so I guess it makes sense that it’s this Florida girl’s favorite! Add marinara sauce to The Florida and it’s THE SLOPPY. Other choices include: CHICKEN CHEESESTEAK, PIZZA CHEESESTEAK, and PEPPERONI PIZZA CHEESESTEAK. You can ask for extra cheese or sauce, extra meat, or to add bacon, salami or pepperoni. Choose from three kinds of cheese. Mike says most customers prefer white American, but provolone is available and Cheese Whiz for South Philly fans. Optional items you can add: mushrooms, hot peppers, green bell peppers, banana peppers, sweet_ peppers, lettuce, tomato._

34

So Much More to Explore! “People love our cheesesteaks so much that they rarely try anything else, but we have so many delicious choices on our menu,” says Mike. “I always try to encourage our regulars to try something new, but that is a hard battle to win once they have tasted our Philly!”_ Filling out the menu are a delicious variety of COLD HOAGIES (Italian, Ham & cheese, salami & cheese, turkey & cheese), HOT SANDWICHES (Meatball parmesan, grilled chicken, chicken parmesan, sausage & peppers, sausage & peppers parmesan, breaded fried chicken, breaded fried fish), and a delicious fresh veggie sub. CLUBS include: BLT sandwich, BLT club, turkey club, or ham club. Other favorites are the bone-in wings, boneless wings, burgers, fish & chips and breaded fried shrimp. In addition to the wings, hand-cut fries and fried shrimp, there are many yummy SIDE ORDERS: whole deli pickle (can’t you feel that crisp crunch?), onion rings, fried mushrooms, mozzarella sticks, chicken fingers, cordon bleu poppers, jalapeno poppers – hungry yet? – You can get a side salad, fried okra, macaroni & cheese bites, or a “tastykake.” One of my favorite treats at Best of Philly Cheesesteak House has to be what I call the “gone-ina-minute” hand-cut fries. They are a perfect side for any club sandwich or burger, or just on their own with a side of gravy or hot cheese. Yes, gravy for your French fries is the ultimate comfort food! Pair those fries with any one of the delicious burgers, hot sandwiches, cold subs or even a variety of

For Ad Info 727-943-0551 • info@NNLFlorida.com

appetizers and you’ve got yourself the perfect meal!_ “You really can’t beat our burgers either,” says Mike. “They are cut in half, stuffed in a soft amoroso roll and piled high with your favorite toppings!” BURGERS on the menu include old favorites hamburger and cheeseburger, but there also is a pizza burger, mushroom burger, bacon burger, sloppy burger, a loose meat burger and the newest edition, the “cheese lovers cheeseburger!” This new creation brought to you by Mike is filled with a delicious blend of White American, Provolone and Mozzarella Cheese melted to a gooey perfection! You can also get the cheesesteak version! I’ve had both and they are absolutely incredible! It’s my new favorite next to the Florida! KIDS MENU items include a 4- inch cheesesteak, chicken fingers, grilled cheese, cheeseburger, hot dog and alltime-favorite macaroni & cheese bites. All kids’ meals come with kids’ fries or chips and Oreo cookies!

Why Customers Rate Best of Philly Cheesesteak House Number One! “I'm no local but every time I visit I find myself eating here. I am always greeted with exceptional service and world-class cheese steaks. Arguably better than cheesesteaks I've had in Philly! Keep up the great quality and I look forward to my next visit!” Larry Vogel Jen Simon says, BEST, BEST cheesesteaks aside from Philly itself! It's like a little piece of home. I love coming here and getting to enjoy one of Mike's originals! Always a pleasure and excellent & fast service, thank you! I am a navy wife and lived in a lot of places, but this is the Best Philly Cheesesteak I have ever had!! The place was clean, workers where so nice!! The sides are 5 star too. You must try!! – Lisa Rognlin Mike and Debbie are extremely happy with their business and give all the thanks to their awesome customers both old and new. Mike says, “We are so lucky to

“Tech Talk” with Bob - Choosing the Right Printer, Part 2 By Bob Dalles

Greetings Friends… Last time we were talking about determining printer needs by looking at color vs. monochrome; the different types of paper sizes you need to accommodate; and the number of pages you need to print. If you need to print to any other kind of printer beyond a laser or inkjet, then you need to consult one-on-one with an IT Professional to help you review all the details of your needs. These other printer types can be very expensive when it comes to the printer itself and its consumables. Basic rule of thumb: if you only need to print in black (monochrome) then a monochrome laser printer is going to give you the highest quality. If you need color, then an inkjet printer will give you more versatility. You have two considerations when investing in a printer: acquisition cost (the amount you’ll need to spend on

36

the printer itself); and consumable’s cost (the money you’ll need to spend on ink, toner, etc.). Typically, most inkjet printers have a low acquisition cost, but a high consumables cost. Laser printers have a high acquisition cost, but have a lower

For Ad Info 727-943-0551 • info@NNLFlorida.com

consumables cost. If you only plan to print a ream (500 sheets) of paper or less per month and need color, then the inkjet is most likely the way to go. If you will be printing more than 500 sheets per month then I recommend you meet with an IT

SEPTEMBER 2017

Professional. A knowledgeable and trustworthy IT Professional can perform an incremental analysis between different printers and help you determine the best “bang for your buck.” Inkjet printers will get you up and running with minimal acquisition cost and consumable cost. However, if you plan to use that printer for an extended period of time and run a high amount of copies, consumables will eventually take a big bite out of your recurring monthly budget. Have a tech question? Email me at TechTalkTBNL@BobTheComputerGuy.NE T. Questions will be selected by the popularity of a topic and answered in this column. If you have a more urgent need or have a unique situation you may schedule an appointment with one of Bob’s Professionally Certified Technicians by calling 727-5344000. Until next time, stay safe on the Internet.
