Created in 1983, Vicki & Jim Nellis started The Nellis Group as a local real estate company serving Virginia. In 2006, James expanded the company into Washington, DC and in 2010 we opened the doors in Maryland With over 40 years serving the local DMV the family business has expanded looking for the X-factor and bringing on talented team members and Realtors.
