LETTER FROM THE OWNER Dear Prospective Home Buyer, Our family has lived in the home on Bryant Towne Court for more than three years and it has been a very rewarding experience. We could not have asked for a more perfect place for us to start our lives together with our very first home. We love the modern conveniences and comforts of the open main level that feels so inviting and serves as a great respite from the day to day demands of our daily lives. The master bedroom is a spacious and tranquil space located at the back of the home where we enjoy opening the windows in the fall to hear sounds of nature and feel a fresh cool breeze coming through the windows. The Bryant Towne Court community has been a welcoming one – with kind and friendly neighbors that we will certainly miss. It is a great place to explore the outdoors and go for a walk through the surrounding neighborhoods or cross the street for a run on the track behind the high school. Our private no outlet street feels very quiet and suburban, yet we are still close to everything. Just a hop in the car and quick drive to Old Town, we can enjoy all that downtown Alexandria has to offer with its rich history and beautiful architecture, not to mention a vibrant culture. Closer to home, we enjoy our grocery shopping at Giant, Costco, or the fabulous Wegmans at Hilltop Village Center. A new Wegmans is coming to Alexandria in the Carlyle area in the near future. Our home is also ideally located for those that prefer taking advantage of public transportation to work or play and if you require flying anywhere, Reagan National Airport is a convenient twenty-minute drive or metro ride away. This makes it very easy to travel to visit our extended families across the country. We are really going to miss our home on Bryant Towne Court.
