As a result of being relocated with the Navy, our family learned what it was like to transition to a new area, find the right schools, and discover the perfect community in a short period of time. The History Of The Nellis Group The Beginnings: Vicki Nellis started the Nellis Group in 1983 after her husband Jim’s military transfer brought the Nellis family to Northern Virginia. Vicki’s passion for people and her ability to understand the needs of consumers helped her to quickly establish a referral based business.
Expansion & Growth: As the company grew, Vicki’s husband Jim, her children James and Nicole, and Nicole’s husband Keith joined the family business. A select team of agents and specialists were brought on to help provide clients with the ultimate real estate experience.
