Dear Prospective Purchaser, I enjoy living in a safe neighborhood that has a community watch. I like the wood floors and the open floor plan downstairs. We have spent countless evenings hanging out together in the family room watching our favorite programs on TV or just visiting. It’s nice to sit out on the back deck in the morning with a hot cup of coffee enjoying the birds or barbecuing in the evening. It is always nice to come down the stairs and turn the corner into the family room on Christmas morning and see the beautiful lighted Christmas tree with family gathered around. Our daughter Marisa says “it’s fun to come home after being away and opening the door to the pantry to see what goodies my mom has surprised me with. Nothing says home like mom’s home baked treats”. With so many windows it’s great to watch the sunset in the evening and wakeup to bright beautiful sunshine in the morning. The house is bordered with beautiful trees to maintain privacy and create a nice looking landscape. The spacious backyard is a perfect place to put up a hammock. The sloping hill on the side is fantastic for sledding in the winter or for slip and slide in the summer. We have memories of family and friends visiting and because the home is large and spacious we can host them comfortably. It is nice to have convenient access to the running and biking trail off of Highway 234. It is also nice and convenient to have a main level bedroom and bathroom. We Thank You For Visiting Our Home!
