From the owners... Dear prospective buyer, Welcome to Canterbury Square! As newlyweds, we called this cozy condominium our home for five years. Just like we did, we know you’ll love the spacious master bedroom, the fantastic blooming tree view of the courtyard off the living room and of course, the large walk in closet. The large linen closet provided ample storage, and we enjoyed remodeling the bathroom to fit our needs perfectly. The second bonus room, also with a court yard view, is perfect for an office or a spare bedroom. With the beautiful walking trails, a pool for the summer time, and fantastic restaurants right around the corner, we loved the location and our life here at Canterbury. We made many memories on strolls to the park, exercising on the trails, and lounging by the pool. The condo provided a great place for entertaining, with the open main living area and quaint dining room. And, the large parking lot made hosting company very easy and enjoyable, while the locked access to the building provided a great sense of security. Working in Washington, DC, our commute was made simple by the Duke Street location. With easy access to the Metro, the bus system, and the highway, the location was perfect for all our transportation needs. On the weekends, Canterbury Square is perfect for making it to the mall, eating out, and going to the library all which can be accomplished even without a car! As we relocate to Missouri and welcome a new little one to our family, we are sad to say goodbye to such a comforting place we called home for so long.
