Dear Prospective Home Buyer, I instantly fell in love with this home and location. If I wasn’t being relocated overseas, I would spend many more years at this home. The spacious home can easily accommodate many neighbors, friends and most importantly family. The Victorian style gives you a sense of serenity. I often refer to it as my vacation home. The backyard is the perfect oasis as we often gather together for a festive cook out and game night. The balcony allows you to escape from reality whether it’s to have a refreshing drink or read a book. The community reminds me of my childhood in Alabama. It is a family oriented village, with people that are compassionate and caring for their neighbors. Most of the individuals in the community grew up together and have history and respect for the homes and community. The peace garden within the community is a constant reminder of the struggles both past and promise of making things better. A corner store sits across the street for the days you don’t want to move your car and want a nice stroll. The community is quiet and peaceful during the nights. During the summer you will see the kids playing basketball and other sports as they enjoy their time away from school. There are many restaurants, stores and medical facilities that surround the community. I am really going to miss this home. I will fondly remember the neighbors who gave me a warm welcoming spirit from day one. The neighbors have become both friend and family during my brief stay. I have never experienced a community or home quite like this one. Every home I purchase in the future will be compared to this elegant home.
