Dear Prospective Buyer, Welcome to your fabulous new condo. I enjoyed living in N609 for the better part of eight years and really enjoyed this convenient location. I took the time to complete a full rehab on this condo to make it an even better place for you the new owner. We have added new flooring, updated the bathroom with new tile and vanity, added track lighting in the condo, upgraded the kitchen with high-end appliances and new cabinetry as well as made the entire living space open and ready for you to add your finishing touches. This condo is being sold with a dedicated covered parking space; space number 42 is yours and makes this an even greater value. Parking in the District of Columbia is at a premium. Having your own dedicated space is great for your vehicle or you can rent it to another tenant in the building. Easily the most fun feature in the home is the balcony. As the developers create a new “Southwest D.C.,” you will note that balconies are typically not being installed in the new construction. This balcony has been a source of pleasure for me as I enjoyed the summer evenings with a cool drink and have been able to watch the spring Cherry Blossom Festival fireworks show without leaving the comfort of my home. Some of the other “cool” features include a 24-hour concierge, industrial washers and dryers in the basement that make completing the weekly laundry routine a quick task. The pool is simply awesome - I spent many a summer day at our pool and it never seems to be crowded. I loved this condo and will miss living here. The convenience is simply great – I often walked to Nationals Park, Arena Stage or the National Mall; jogged to the Fish market and the Tidal Basin; and soon you will have easy access to all of the great venues being completed at “The Wharf.” You, as the new owner, are really purchasing quite an asset for the future with many of the bells and whistles associated with new construction.
