Dear Prospective Home Buyer, Our family has called 489 Orangeville Court home since 2005. It has provided us with many wonderful memories and adventures. Our children have spread their wings and flown the coup, and we are excited to start a new adventure further south. The decision to make this move has been tough as we love our home, neighborhood, and community. This home has been the center of our family for 15 years. As a single professional mom of two (without family nearby), I found this home on a quiet Cul-de-sac where my kids could safely play outside, walk to youth activities, and attend church. Our family grew as two families merged in 2009. Together we have made numerous memories for our blended family over the last 11 years. We especially enjoyed many hours in the kitchen together baking and cooking; one of our favorite pastimes. We would then partake of those meals outside on the naturally shaded patio; and end the day snuggling up as a family, watching television, and playing board & card games. Peachtree East and especially Orangeville Court has been a wonderful community for us. As an active family (marathoners and half-marathoners), we loved the quick access to the WB&A trails to run, bike, and walk. We appreciate all the wonderful neighbors on Orangeville Ct. There have been many neighborhood gatherings and events over the years, providing opportunities to catch up on the latest happenings, sharing milestone events; joyful family additions, marriages, graduations, and the sorrows of family losses and illnesses. Odenton is a wonderful bedroom community for Washington DC, Baltimore, Annapolis and Columbia. We are close to just about anything you can think of - education, shopping, entertainment and tourist sights. We especially love to shop at Wegmans in the Waugh Chapel Towne Centre and Nordstrom at the Annapolis and Columbia malls. Our children took their first school field trips on the MARC train to the Smithsonian in DC. The MARC train, BWI Airport and Amtrak station, and Interstate 97, 295 and 95 are just minutes away. We have worked hard together and are very proud of the many projects we have done to better our home and make it what it is today. We hope the next family to occupy this home will be able to enjoy the quality of the home and continue make it the best it can be. As we move on to our next phase of life, we will fondly remember our beautiful home and wonderful times on Orangeville Ct.
