Dear Prospective Home Buyer, This has been our home for the past 30 years and we find it hard to leave all the wonderful memories that we have here. But we are retiring and moving out of the area. We loved raising our family here and giving them such great memories of playing in the yard, cook outs on the deck, Christmas morning by the fireplace and special dinners around the dining room table. We had fun planting perennials around the yard so there's always something growing and blooming. Coming home always feels like an oasis. Our extra-large cul-de-sac is a quiet friendly neighborhood. It has been good to feel safe and know that neighbors watch out for each other. The schools are close by and there are 2 local pools to choose from. We love that we can get to the grocery store, post office, restaurants, gas stations and lots of other stores very quickly! We are close to the bus line, Springfield Metro and I-395/95. We even have an amazing new Springfield mall. We enjoyed the county parks, athletic fields and libraries in our area. We are really going to miss our home and neighborhood. We are so grateful and blessed to have had this wonderful chapter in our lives on W. Rockglen Ct.
