Dear Prospective Purchaser, This house is a wonderful house. The rooms are large and cozy, the kitchen has a lot of cabinet space, and the floor plan is an open concept. We get a lot of great light throughout the day. This house is situated where there is a lot of privacy for us. We are removed from the street. This house is cool in the summer and warm in the winter. This house is private and quiet. It is away from the street noise. In addition, we have a driveway that can accommodate up to seven cars. My kids enjoy the drive way because they use it as a canvas to draw pictures with chalk. In addition, they like to ride their bikes up and down the driveway. In the summer time, our kids like to inflate their pool and hang out in the backyard. In the autumn, we enjoy taking out our fire pit and roast marshmallows. When the weather gets bad, we enjoy playing Xbox in the basement and working out. It is pretty spacious downstairs to make a mini golf course to putt around with my kids. This house is a great place to play hide and seek with my kids. It’s one of our favorite games to play. There are so variety of places to hide, such as the pantry, the foyer closet, the linen closet, the basement closets and the rooms. All these places can hide up to three people. We love to scare/surprise Daddy the most. We feel lucky that we are so close to the W&OD bike trail as well as the Four Mile Run Trail. These trails lead us to Shirlington, where we love to go for frozen yogurt and to the library. Shirlington is also a great place for dining out too. In addition, there is also a great dog park. We are also 10 minutes away from the Reagan National Airport. Our house is also located where it is an easy access to Interstate 395. Washington DC is a mere stones throw away.
