Joe got his start at 40 Sardines at the tender age of 16. After several turns at Four- and Five-Diamond restaurants in Chicago and Las Vegas, he returns to his KC roots at Stock Hill.

Michael is a celebrated Kansas City chef known for his approachable contemporary American dishes that are as beautiful to behold as they are to taste.

A respected Kansas City chef, Linda has managed well-loved kitchens including Lidia’s and J.J.’s before assuming her current role as executive chef at the River Club.

At the helm of Brewery Emperial, Sasha’s Baking Co. and Room 39, Ted believes the best-tasting food comes from local farmers who use sustainable harvesting and growing practices, ensuring the land is better off than before.

Philip brings a wealth of international experience from his work in Michelin-starred restaurants in France and Argentina to his hometown kitchen of Café Provence.

Working in celebrated kitchens in New York, San Francisco and Copenhagen prepared Nick for his latest culinary adventure – his own restaurant, The Antler Room.

Colby and Megan are a culinary power couple. They are award-winning chefs and respected cookbook co-authors, featuring progressive American cuisine using local or regional ingredients.
