Applications The automatic hanging lines of the AHL series links directly to defined clipping-machines of Poly-clip System’s FCA series. All common smoke sticks, made of metallic or plastic, appropriate for automation can be used. Looped products are highly efficient positioned on the smoke stick - continuously, accurately and in a high positioning rate. The AHL production adapts the speed of the clipping-machine – depending on the model with up to 100 loops per minute.

Function and operation The AHL is connected mechanically and electrically to an FCA. The smoke sticks are automatically taken from the stick loader and brought to the loading position. A special finger takes the product loop directly from the separating area of the FCA. The product is transported to the end of the conveyor and taken over by the AHL. The products are placed automatically on the smoke stick at uniform, preselected intervals. When the smoke stick is loaded, it is moved to the discharge buffer while the AHL places another empty stick in the loading position. The discharge buffer provides a capacity of 6 to 12 sticks.

smoke stick. When the cassette has reached its final position, the linear lift gently moves the loaded smoke stick into the smoke trolley loading station. Once the defined amount of smoke sticks is reached, they are gently positioned in the smoke trolley. The products can be stored in one or more layers. The smoke trolley can be replaced during operation.

The Transfer Loading System TLS connects directly to Poly-clip System’s FCA 160 double-clipper. All common smoke sticks, made of metall, straight and suitable for automation can be used. Looped products are efficiently positioned on the smoke stick – continuously, accurately and at a high positioning rate. Then the products are gently and automatically loaded into the smoke trolley. The TLS works continuously at up to 30 loops/minute.
