High Pressure Double Biactive Sealing and Spring Loaded Resistance Wires are standard. Tough and reliable seals despite wrinkles, moisture and grease in the seal area. Springs keep the resistance wires taut during continuous production, increasing the working life of resistance wires and teflon.
Pouch Piercing Knives (optional) pierce evacuation slots into overlength bags which protrude from the chamber so that the closing lid cannot obstruct evacuation.
Cut-off Perforation Knives (optional) leave the operator to simply remove surplus material from the pack after the vacuum packing has been completed. Watercooled Seal Bars (optional) are recommended if the machine runs at 3 cycles/minute continuously or heat sensitive shrink bags are used. The water cooling stabilises the temperature of the seal bars.

GK 1600B Supervac GK 1600B Suitable for packaging especially long products such as sausages, ham or cheese of a length of up to 1600 mm. Industrial companies, which want to store logs of meat, cheese, etc., before slicing, can therefore package their products easily and safely. Can be optionally used as a version for 1 product per cycle (caliber maximum 150 mm with round products, or maximum 180 mm in width and 150 mm in height with square products) or 2 products per cycle (caliber maximum 100 mm with round products). The loading is done manually or fully automated in conjunction with a flow pack machine.
During the loading of the machine, the sealing bar is automatically recessed in order to move the product easily from the feed belt to the chamber belt. Depending on the selected pump combination, the booster pump and rotary vane pumps required for operation can be integrated in the housing of the machine as well as that of the feed belt and outfeed belt. Optionally available with driven feed and outfeed belt. Convenient opening of all cover hoods facilitates easy cleaning. Robust construction made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel.
GK 1600B High Output Vacuum Packaging Machines Standard equipment: Touch screen control. Double biactive high-pressure sealing. Quick easing of tension of the conveyor belt for easy cleaning. The double biactive high-pressure sealing as well as spring-loaded resistance wires are an integral part of the standard equipment and guarantee safe and reliable seals.
Gentle start and stop of the conveyor belt. Fixed sealing heights optional in 45, 55, 65 or 75 mm. Convex, i.e. slightly bent up, chamber belt. Options: Pouch Piercing knives for overlong bags. Cut-off perforation. Water-cooled sealing bars. Height adjustable sealing bars in 2 steps 45 and 75 mm. Flat chamber belt.
Simple and easy operation by finger pressure directly on the screen. The work process is monitored electronically and displayed in comprehensible and well-arranged on-screen menus.

Supervac BL 15 Drier All high quality stainless steel construction. 2 integral Busch side channel blowers with up to 1400 m³/h output. Fitted with top and bottom air knives for superb drying results. Silent running. Easy to maintain. Hygienic design – easy to clean.
BL 15 2 top air knives, both fitted with infra red light sensors, follow the product contours and the powerful air jets remove even lying water from crevices and hollows on the product surface. The product is then ready for efficient labelling. 1 bottom air knife dries the base of the pack which can then be boxed in less expensive unlined cartons. Control box heating.
Up-to-date Drying with Supervac BL 15 Pass-through width: 860 mm. Stand-by function for air blowers and drive motor, when there is no product on the way. Switchable to ‘non-drying’ mode. Variable conveyor speed. Powered silent running Intralox infeed conveyor 600 x 880 mm (optional). Necessary when drier is fed directly from a shrink tank or tunnel. ERB 130 infeed rollers 130 x 880 mm (optional). Necessary when drier is fed from a standard conveyor belt. Simply cleaned: Slide out the complete conveyor unit. All areas are then freely accessible.
