SUGGESTIONS
No suggestion.
PEOPLES PARTICIPATION: MAIN PROBLEMS Wild animals and stray cattles destroys the crops. Existing irrigation water scheme is in poor condition. The land is drying day by day and existing water storage is not sufficient. Environment is being changed frequently and no monitoring system is adopted. The condition of village paths is very poor. Fire hazards are frequent in the area as all the areas are dryed. Lantana bushes are in huge scale which is damaging the undergrowths. No proper management for plantation works is being implemented. Local people are not well awared to the environment changes. Huge encroachments are there in the area which is decreasing the govt land. Shortage of staff in various offices/education institutions exist various places.
PEOPLES PRIORITIES
SUGGESTION FOR IMPROVEMENT Management for wild animals and stray cattles be done. The existing irrigation scheme is required to be repaired for better supply of water. More Farm ponds/vansarovar be made for conservation of rain water. More water conservation works are also required to be done. Environment monitoring committees be made at Panchayat levels. Maintenance of the village paths is required. Villagers be trained in fire precaution works to avoid such fire hazards.
Priority.
Lantana bushes are required to be removed completley to save the undergrowths. Rotation of land for plantation and grazing be adopted. Local be educated and awaked about the losses of changing the environment. All the encroachments be removed and encroached land be used for plantation purposes. Staff to all the departments/educational institutions be posted as per the authorisation.
