PEOPLES PARTICIPATION: MAIN PROBLEMS Irrigated land is being cutting by water and floods. Link roads are not available in the most of villages. Most of the private land is blank. The condition of playground at Nihri is very poor. There is no accomodation for Community Hall, Mahila Mandal Youth Club and Kissan Bhawan. Vaterinary is away from the villages and medicines are not satisfactory. There is no health care system in the nearest areas. There is shortage of irrigated water.

PEOPLES PRIORITIES

SUGGESTION FOR IMPROVEMENT Retaining walls and check dams be made in the irrigated lands. Link roads be made (Pluhan to Bhakha - 2.5Kms), (Nihri to Ghadoi - 4 KLms), (Pluhan to Kanonun chandar Saglach - 4 Kms), (Fagudu to Mundidhar - 5 Kms), Bastaha to Langot Gehra Bahi - 8 Kms), (Lazag to Saran - 3 Kms), (Lazag to Sajaura - 6 Kms) & (Batato F All the blank areas be planted with Small plants, Fodder plants and shady plants. Maintenance and fencing of the playground is required. A mini stadium be made in the area.

Priority. Govt Accomodation be provided for Community Hall, Mahila Mandal Youth Club and Kissan Bhawan. Vaterinary be opened in nearest area and sufficient medicines be provided to the vaterinary. PHC/CHC be opened at Cheral/Chamanda. Irrigated water be provided from Sharnu Nala to Maghan 1.5Km, Gehera Nala to Ghera - 1 Kms, dhula nala to Dhula - 1 Km & Jablindu Nala to Jablindu - 1 Km.

Higher education & technical/professional course education problem exist in the area. The condition of Durga Mata Temple is very poor. Farm Pond of size 15"x8" at Neen and Nihri is damaged.

Primary School Suglach & Jabrash be upgraded to Middle School, College be opened at at Nihri & ITI be also opened in the nearest area. Reconstruction/Maintenance of Durga Mata Temple is required and accomodation for stay of visitors be made. Needs renovation.
