Figure Ground: The building footprints reflect the permeability and integration of the private internal spaces and adjacent public open spaces. The design aligns building facades in direction to premium skyline views, parks, and waterfront spaces. Set back restrictions have also been designated throughout the master plan to allow for flexible design and relationship between buildings and ground plane.
