Elite Senior Cares for the Community

At Elite Senior Care, every individual that they care for is treated with the best care possible. They provide a compassionate hand in finding a caregiver fit for anyone and their family. Opening eight and a half years ago, Lindsey Hagood (pictured this page), the owner of Elite Senior Care, saw that her family was in need of help, so she decided to start the company. “I saw the opportunity in Paragould to make a difference and that is what I went after,” said Hagood. After seeing the initial impact with just her family, Hagood slowly started to see the needs in other surrounding communities and took action from there.

In addition to helping families in need, Elite Senior Care has impacted the community in a variety of ways.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, a lot of people in the Northeast Arkansas area were finding themselves in peak unemployment. Elite Senior Care stepped up and was able to provide jobs to many people in the community. Because of this, they have been able to take care of clients of all ages that have needed help. “It has been a challenge, but also rewarding being able to help those in need,” Hagood mentioned.

Lindsey Hagood and her family’s mission for Elite Senior Care since the beginning was to provide the best health care services to every individual in need with the most qualified and sympathetic staff possible all from the comfort of their own home. Without the care givers,

the business would not be possible. “If it wasn’t for our 1,300 caregivers taking care of our clients, it would make this task impossible to do,” she said.

For each client, they provide a caregiver with the best background fit for them to ensure the best care they can provide.

Running any normal business is difficult to do but running one with multiple offices and locations and clients to keep track of, needs to have the most dedicated and efficient staff possible. With a multitude of tasks at hand, the staff puts in long hours to make sure everything runs smooth and efficiently. “We have a great team that is not afraid to go help another office if we need it,” Hagood said.

According to her, the office staff is the one that has kept the business going for as long as it has because of the strong family dynamic and need to help others. While they are an ever-growing company, the one thing that remains consistent for Elite Senior Care is the love and care for their clients. “We pride ourselves on going above and beyond for our clients,” Hagood said, “we truly care and want to provide the best fit caregiver for each one.”
