Logging In
In your browser, navigate to www.ne rrigate.net. Enter your username and password. If you have forgo en your password, click the Forgot your password? link to have your password emailed to you. If you have forgo en your username and password, email support@ne rrigate.com or call (800) 961‐9549 to have it reset.
If you are logging into a secure computer, and would like your creden als to be remembered, check the Remember Me box. This will allow you to navigate to ne rrigate.net and view your informa on without having to login each me.
You may also access much of the same informa on on your iPhone or iPad. Search Wire Rat in the App Store, and download the free app to get started. For more informa on reference the WireRat 1.0 iPhone User Guide, available at www.support.ne rrigate.com

Viewing Site Reports
Navigate to the Reports tab at the top of the page.
You will then see the Report page which provides you an overview of all your sites.
Center Pivots Drip Sites
A state of offline means the pivot has lost service or the ba ery is low and needs replacement
Click Site Name to view the location of the pivot

Crea ng Addi onal Login Accounts Enable addi onal individuals to access irriga on site informa on
Navigate to the Customers tab at the top of the page.
Then navigate to Associated Logins.
Enter the email address, desired username, and password. Re‐enter the password to confirm. Click + Create New Login to save the login creden als.
If you need to delete a login, please submit a request to support@ne rrigate.com. To change the password of an account, login and click Password in the far right corner of the page. You will be prompted to enter the current password, and then the password you wish to use instead.

Navigate to the Customers tab at the top of the page.
Then navigate to Customer Details.
Edit any necessary informa on by changing the form fields, and click Save Customer when desired changes have been made.

Adding no fica on recipients to your address book In order to most efficiently add no fica on recipients, first add recipient’s informa on to the Address Book. Then select them from the dropdown menu on the naviga on tab.
Navigate to the Customers tab at the top of the page.
Then navigate to Address Book.
Select + Create New No fica on Recipient, and a new window will appear. If a no fica on recipient does not want to receive messages during a par cular me window, you may select that from the Blackout Start and Blackout End drop downs.
If one contact would like to receive both text(SMS) and voice messages, two no fica on recipients must be created. One with Type: SMS and one with Type: Voice.

Adding recipients to no fica ons Navigate to the No fica ons tab at the top of the page.
Then select the Site and Rate Plan from the respec ve dropdown menus. You will then see the subscribers of each rate plan. From the dropdown box, select address book entries you would like to add. Repeat this for each addi onal individual you would like to receive the no fica on.
Some rate plans send mul ple messages, so ensure that you add recipients to each message.

Removing no fica on recipients Navigate to the No fica ons tab at the top of the page.
Then select the Site and Rate Plan from the respec ve dropdown menus. Temporarily removing a no fica on recipient
You will then see the subscribers of each rate plan. Uncheck the Enabled box. Dele ng a no fica on recipient

Se ng Up Remote Shutdown
Navigate to the Customers tab at the top of the page.
Then select the Remote Access tab and select + Create New Remote Access Number. A box will appear, enter the phone number descrip on, and the phone number you would like to have the ability to stop the pivot. Select Save New Remote Access Number.
In order to ini ate a remote shutdown, you must call (800) 961‐9549 x 7 from a phone number saved under the remote access tab.
