Logging In

In your browser, navigate to www.ne rrigate.net. Enter your username and password. If you have forgo en your password, click the Forgot your password? link to have your password emailed to you. If you have forgo en your username and password, email support@ne rrigate.com or call (800) 961‐9549 to have it reset.

If you are logging into a secure computer, and would like your creden als to be remembered, check the Remember Me box. This will allow you to navigate to ne rrigate.net and view your informa on without having to login each me.

You may also access much of the same informa on on your iPhone or iPad. Search Wire Rat in the App Store, and download the free app to get started. For more informa on reference the WireRat 1.0 iPhone User Guide, available at www.support.ne rrigate.com

Crea ng a New Customer

To create a new customer, select the + Create New Customer bu on.

You will be guided through a form to enter all the customer informa on. Press the Next Step bu on to enter all informa on, and then enter Save New Customer when all fields are com‐ plete. Hit Save Customer only ONCE. It may take me to process, but hi ng the bu on mul ple mes will result in mul ple new customers, which requires contac ng Net Irrigate Support to correct.

Crea ng a New Irriga on Site

CreaƟng a new irrigaƟon site is just inpuƫng the site informaƟon the unit will be monitoring. Ensure that when you create sites, you also link telemetry boxes (see page 6)

To create a new site, navigate to Irriga on Sites at the top of the page.

click + Create New Irriga on Site .

Fill in all the required fields, and click Save Irriga on Site

Total Acres is only necessary for units monitoring drip irriga on and Length is auto‐generated

Linking Irriga on Sites and Telemetry Boxes

Navigate to the Irriga on Sites tab.

Select the appropriate site from the Site dropdown box.

Then navigate to the Linked Devices Tab. In the dropdown menu, type the 6‐digit numerical ID of the box you would like to link, And, select the reason for linking the box, and click + Create Link.

If you are using a NETB12 device, the rate plan will automa cally be added, if you are se ng up a NETB11 device, please follow the instruc ons on page 7 to set up the rate plan.

Adding Monthly Services to Telemetry Boxes

While the NETB12 units automa cally add the required rateplan, the NETB11 units do not. Ensure that you add all desired rate plans to NETB11 units.

Navigate to the Irriga on Sites tab.

Select the appropriate site from the Site dropdown box.

Then navigate to the Rate Plans Tab

Click the dropbox arrow to view the rate plan op ons, and select the applicable rate plan. Then click + Add Rate Plan. Repeat for addi onal services desired.

Adding No fica on Recipients

Navigate to the Customers tab.

Select the Phone List tab.

Then select + Add Entry. A pop up will open, promp ng you to enter informa on on the no ‐ fica on recipient. Fill out the fields, and then click Save Phone List Entry.

Turn to the next page to complete the process 

Blackout start and Blackout end indicate any hours of the day the recipient does not wish to receive no fica ons.

Adding No fica on Recipients, Con nued

Navigate to the Irriga on Sites tab.

Select the site name from the Site List. Then select the No fica ons tab.

All the recipients you have added to your phone list will appear in the table under each no fica on. Check the Enabled box for each recipient you would like to receive the message in the header.

Keep in mind, NETB12 rate plans include mul ple no fica ons. You must add new recipients to each no fica on they wish to receive. Some units also have mul ple rate plans. Ensure that you add recipients to all the ac ve rate plans for a unit.

If you do not have any recipients in your address book, refer to page 8 to learn how to add recipients.

Adding Stop‐in‐Slot No fica ons Navigate to the Irriga on Sites tab.

Select the appropriate site from the Site dropdown box.

Then navigate to the Virtual SIS tab.

Click + Add New Virtual Stop‐in‐Slot. A popup will appear. Enter the heading in degrees, and if you would like to stop the pivot at heading, check the corresponding box.

In order to u lize virtual stop‐in‐slots, you must also have entered the la tude and longitude of the site on the Site Details page. If you would like to edit site details a er crea on, navigate to Irriga on Sites and then select the Customer and Site from the dropdown menu. Select the Details tab, and enter the la tude and longitude in the appropriate field.

Remote Shut Down Capabili es

Navigate to the Customers tab.

Select the Remote Access tab. Check or uncheck the Enabled column for each contact, depending on whether or not you would like them to have access to remotely shutdown pivots.

If you would like to add someone to your Remote Access, simply add them as a contact to your Phone List. They will be added to your Remote Access list in an enabled state automa cally.

Viewing Site Reports

Navigate to the Reports tab at the top of the page.

You will then see the Site Status page which provides you an overview of all your sites.

You may toggle between List View and Maps view, to see either a table of informa on, or a visual overview of your sites.

Click Site Name to view the location of the pivot

If you are viewing your reports on Internet Explorer, and they appear empty, hit F12 and then refresh your page. This will only need to be done once, unless you update your browser.

Scheduling Monthly Services

Navigate to the Irriga on Sites tab. From the Site dropdown, select the site for which you would like to edit services.

Select the appropriate site from the dropdown box.

Navigate to the Rate Plans tab, and select edit.

Enter the dates in which you would like suspend services. Mul ple ranges may be added. If you ever wish pause billing when services are turned on, check the ‘Ignore schedules, pause billing’ box. You may add mul ple periods when services are paused, simply select another date range from the dropdown and click Add.

Crea ng Addi onal Logins

Navigate to the Customers tab at the top of the page.

Then select Associated Logins.

The website automa cally generates a login using the customer’s email address, but you may want to create addi onal logins for separate individuals. To do this, click Create new login account for this customer. A popup will appear, fill out the fields and click +Create New Login.

Logins must have unique email addresses. No two usernames can share an email address.

Q: Can mul ple customers share a site? A: Customers can share the report page for a site. To enable this, please email a request to support@ne rrigate.com. Q: How do I delete a customer? A: To delete a customer, please send a request to support@ne rrigate.com. Q: Can I send no fica ons to only certain individuals? A: Yes, no fica ons are totally customizable. You may send each separate no fica on to whomever you please. Please see page 9 for details. Q: Should I setup my customer and site online before or a er I install the device? A: You may set up the customer and site at either me. We also have an iPhone app for WireRat setup, available for free in the app store. This enables you to enter much of the required informa on at the site of the pivot, and finish up at the computer a er installing the unit. Q: On my reports tab, one of my sites is highlighted in yellow. What does that mean? A: That means the ba ery in your unit is running low, or it has encountered other technical difficul es. Please contact us at (800) 961‐9549 x 2 or support@ne rrigate.com to diagnose the problem. Q: I have encountered a glitch and the website will not perform a standard func on, what should I do? A: First ensure that you have the most up‐to‐date version of your browser. If you do not, download the available update. If the problem persists, please report it to support@ne rrigate.com and we will promptly address the problem. If it is interfering with an immediate need, please do not hesitate to contact our support line at (800) 961‐9549 x 2.
