Fresh vegetables L are a vital ingredient in our kitchen. Our vegetables are sourced locally from the Vale of Evesham between May and October. Our family farm has been growing Chinese vegetables for nearly 30 years, in Offenham, near Evesham. We are proud to grow the pak choi, that is offered on our menu, and used in many of our dishes.
