Lifestyle Sports Pickleball (Ages 18+) Gym 2 – Monday through Friday (7:30a; 10:30a) Gym 1 – Monday through Friday (8:30a; 11:00a) Gym 2 – Mon, Wed, and Fri (1:30p) Cost: FREE Join in on the fun! This activity is a modified version of tennis. We play doubles. Pickleball Guidelines • Pickleball nets will be set up and taken down each day. • Indoor pickleballs will be available on each court. • Players must provide his/her own paddle. • The middle court on each gym floor will not be available for play. • Pickleballs will be sanitized after each time slot. • Please only sit on the bottom bleacher seats. Seats will be sanitized after each time slot. • Outdoor courts are available on a first-come, first-served basis but users must provide their own net and outdoor pickleballs.

Outshine Fitness (Ages 18+) Tuesday, 8:00a Cost: $2 Instructor: Lauren Qualls This outdoor workout is a great class to add to your fitness regimen. By combining an outdoor walk/run with weighted exercises, this class shows instant results! The class features a “go at your own pace” format, so it welcomes all varieties of fitness levels. As your energy level and strength increase, so will the difficulty of the class. Instructor: Lauren Qualls This class is designed to increase cardiovascular endurance and improve strength. This is a low impact class which offers upper body strengthening. Participant should possess consistent skills in agility, coordination and balance. Stretch (Ages 50+) Thursday, 10a and 12:45pm Cost: Free Instructors: Lauren Qualls & Deb Fogle Participants will be guided through a 45 minute gentle stretching routine. Stretches will be chair based and modified for varied abilities.
Group Exercise Guidelines • Reservations are required for all fitness classes. • Class sizes will be smaller to accommodate the recommended distance of 10 feet for fitness classes. • Please use provided disinfectant wipes before and after each use. • Do not move chairs. Chairs have been placed in the correct location for recommended distancing. • Chairs will be disinfected after each class. • All classes will be in the Dining Room. When finished, exit to your left toward the Senior Center lobby to exit the building. • Masks are required when not exercising. If you choose to exercise with a mask on, please decrease intensity since breathing becomes more difficult when exercising with a mask.

Fitness Room Guidelines • You must register for a time slot for the fitness room. • Please wipe down equipment with disinfectant wipes before and after use. • Do not use equipment that has been marked “unavailable.” • We ask that you limit your time on cardiovascular equipment to 20 minutes to accommodate others. • To assist with social distancing, several pieces of equipment have been moved across the hall. You may use either or both rooms during your visit. Disinfectant wipes and hand-sanitizing stations will be available in both rooms. • Only bottled water is allowed in the fitness room. • Mats will not be available for use. • If using dumbbells, please disinfect before and after using.
