FIXINGS LIST A

7 Carefully remove round roses (4) by twisting off and removing if design allows, (for designs that do not allow full removal slide to grip being careful not to mark grip). For square roses loosen grub screw on underside and remove. 8 Loosen grub screw on underside of door lever (5) to allow handles to fit over spindle and flush to door. Place 60mm through bolts (6) at 12 and 6 O’clock positions through un threaded, counter bored holes on inner rose. Check door thickness, if less than 44mm you will need to cut down each through bolt by appropriate amount to allow 6-8mm of bolt protruding out of door. NB for doors thicker than 45mm you will need extension kits, please contact Turnstyle to purchase these. 9 When bolts are correct length carefully align to find screw holes on opposite rose and tighten up with small flat faced screwdriver. 10 Test levers for free action, if satisfied replace rose covers, notch facing to floor on round roses, for square roses align squarely and tighten up firmly with grub screw. Tighten grub screws on door levers, and screw in privacy pin on interior of door.
