Ingredients:
• 2 eggs
• Half a cup of sugar
• 75ml of milk of your own choice
• 75ml of sunflower oil
• 1 packet of Kenton Chocolate Almond Caramel pudding
• 1,5 cup of flour
• 1 packet of baking powder
For the topping:
1 packet of Kenton Whipping cream
2/3 cups of cold milk
A small handful of flaked almonds
Preparation:
✔️ Whisk eggs and sugar
✔️ Add milk and sunflower oil and continue to whisk
✔️ Mix and whisk the Kenton Chocolate Almond pudding , flour and Kenton Baking Powder
✔️ Place a baking paper in a square tray
✔️ Pour the mixture into the tray and even it out with a spatula
✔️ Bake it in a preheated oven at 165 °C for 20 minutes
✔️ Once baked leave it to cool
For the whipped cream:
✔️ In a bowl add cold milk and Kenton Plain Whipped Cream and whisk
✔️ Place and spread it over the cooled cake
✔️ Sprinkle almond flakes
✔️ Cool it in the fridge before serving
