Permatrack H Inlaid Crack Repair System Permatrack H Inlaid Crack Repair System is a rapidly installed repair for reflective cracking in tarmac or concrete paving. Designed to withstand the heaviest traffic conditions, (including aircraft turning, heavyweight road lorries, tracked vehicles and heavy standing loads) Permatrack H will provide a long term solution to reflective cracking.
Permatrack Highway Repair Systems Permatrack road surfacing repair system is a technically advanced polymer modified asphalt, comprising Permatrack PSB, a flexible waterproofing layer and Permatrack H, a high modulus surface course. Stone chippings are applied to the Permatrack H during installation to match the adjacent highway surface and meet the highest skid resistance specifications. The Permatrack inlaid crack repair system is covered by BBA HAPAS certificate 02/H072. The Permatrack system is rapidly installed, minimising disruption and inconvenience to road users, and providing a cost effective, long-term solution to highway crack maintenance. Permatrack can also be used for a wide variety of road repair purposes, including transitional joints - where railway lines are set within road surfacing, expansion joint details and for the reinstatement of street iron works and shoulders.
Permatrack H is a structurally enhanced material that supports the adjacent wearing surfaces, and is able to accommodate movement within the substrate. The impervious nature of the product protects the substrate from deterioration caused by moisture and de-icing salts. Anti-skid properties of the finished installation is equal to the highest Highways Agency specification and surface finishes are available in a wide variety of finish options to match adjacent road surfaces.
