May sales in Baldwin Park rise 90%. During May 2009, 19 home sales closed in Baldwin Park, a 90% increase over the same period in 2008. The average sales price was $359,344, an 18.5% decrease from May 2008, attributable in part to the sale of 7 condominiums, one of the most affordable home types in Baldwin Park. There were no condo sales recorded in May of the previous year. Condominiums have been extremely popular with buyers due to the $8,000 First-Time Homebuyer Tax Credit.

New Baldwin Park Listings

It took, on average, 193 days (approximately 6.5 months) to sell a home in Baldwin Park based on May closings.
