Reducing our carbon footprint Are you passionate about the environment? Would you like to make Jigsaw a more environmentally sustainable organisation?
Adactus Connect’s new website
David Wrigley is leading the delivery of our Environmental Sustainability Strategy and is looking for colleagues to join a group who will guide plans to reduce Jigsaw’s carbon footprint. You should have ideas, enthusiasm and be capable of communicating that passion to colleagues.
A brand new version of the Adactus Connect website launched last week. The new site allows tenants to view their rent account, download a rent statement, report a repair, update their details and contact us about more complex issues.
Contact David (david.wrigley@newcharter.co.uk) if you would like to take part.
We’ve created pages on “your home & maintenance”, “rent”, “tenancy” and “neighbourhood” and plan to develop these pages over the coming months. The site also benefits from a direct link into QL and so the data seen by tenants (e.g. their rent transactions) will be completely up to date. We are also developing a new version of the New Charter Customer Hub and later in the year both websites will be merged into a single tenant portal for Jigsaw. If you have any ideas for something that could be developed for inclusion in the tenant portal, please contact Suzannah Robinson in IT.
