The final three Best Multiple Operators at the National Fish and Chip Awards 2023 have today been announced by the National Federation of Fish Friers

After an extensive judging process completed by an anonymous panel of industry experts, the final three include:

The Chesterford Group, Hertfordshire Bells Fish & Chips, Durham

The Best Multiple Operator category celebrates businesses which operate multiple fish and chips sites across the UK, and is sponsored by leading suppliers of poultry products to the foodservice and retail market, Meadow Vale Foods.

President of the NFFF, Andrew Crook, said: “Finding the best operators who have managed multiple sites during a difficult year for the industry is so important to highlight and celebrate their success. It’s amazing to see strong businesses thriving, and we’re looking forward to seeing them continue to grow in 2023!”

TThe final three for the Environmental & Sustainability category at the National Fish and Chip Awards 2023 has been announced, by the National Federation of Fish Friers.

The top three, based across the UK in Belfast, Falmouth and Largs, have reached the final following extensive judging from an anonymous panel of industry experts.

The Environmental & Sustainability category celebrates businesses that strive to achieve sustainable and environmentally friendly practices, and is sponsored by the Norwegian Seafood Council.

The top three shortlisted are:

Lighthouse Fisheries of Flamborough

Hendo’s Fish & Chips
