From the introduction of a brand new two-level hot and cold version of the company’s Modular Convenience Counter (MCC)an exciting tabletop display solution or a new retail combi oven, the Fri-Jado stand will be a hotbed of innovation in 2023.

When it comes to effective hot and cold display units, little compares to the innovative MCC range. Achieving a complete solution for operators, the units are available in hot, cold and now ambient functionality, drop-in or standalone, and in a choice of 4, 3 or a new 2-shelf design. A small footprint and flexible design ensure the range is ideal for any store layout or concept, where a consistent height allows units to be easily positioned inline, either side-by-side or back-to-back.

The new 2-level MCC units offer the highest capacity in a compact footprint of just 600mm x 750mm (w/d). Taking the ultra-slim shelf design found in the larger models in the range, the innovative 2-level MCC units achieve up to 75% more product visibility* thanks to the transparent sides and top, and up to 30% more display surface*. In fact, the total shelf surface is as much as 1.13m2 on the MCC 120-2. Available in a hot and cold format, the units are easy to install, achieve outstanding food presentation and deliver greater food safety. Further extending the line, the new MCC Ambient range completes the range while achieving consistency with an existing setup and requiring no installation.

For those looking for self-service table top food display, Euro Shop 2023 will see the launch of the new Fri-Jado Modular Table Top (MTT) display. A compact counter top unit, the MTT range achieves eye-catching hot food presentation with the added benefit of easy transportation and storage when not in use. Featuring the same patented Hot Blanket technology found in the company’s existing models, the MTT can save as much as 50% on energy consumption and costs. Available in a range of formats, including solid back and passthrough, the range delivers complete flexibility.

Finally, for show visitors looking for a complete cooking and holding solution, Fri-Jado is using the event to launch it’s GO Combi Oven. Featuring a captive 7” colour display, built in recipes, an innovative passthrough option to segregate raw and cooked foods and a series of technological features including Cook Time Correction, Intense Steaming Technology and Climate Control, the oven has been designed with ease of use and precision cooking at its core.
