Leftover Turkey Burritos

Tired of Thanksgiving or Christmas turkey ? These burritos are packed with flavor and not the same old turkey. A great change from the old standards. The great thing is, you can change or adjust the seasonings to your own taste. I like it spic y!

Prep Time : 15 mins

Cook Time : 30 mins

Total Time : 45 mins

Ingredients

• 10 (10 inch) flour tor tillas

• 3 cups chopped cooked turkey

• 1 (15 ounce) can black beans, drained

• 1 (10 ounce) can diced tomatoes and green chiles (such as RO*TEL®)

• 1 (4 ounce) can chopped green chiles, undrained

• 1 teaspoon dried cilantro

• 1 teaspoon ground ancho chile powder

• ½ teaspoon garlic powder

• ½ teaspoon salt

• 1 (8 ounce) package shredded pepper Jack cheese

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (1 75 degrees C). Wrap tor tillas in foil and place in the oven while preheating to warm.

Step 2

Combine turkey, beans, diced tomatoes and green chiles, chopped green

chiles, cilantro, ancho chile powder, garlic powder, and salt in a saucepan over medium heat ; bring to a simmer and cook until all liquid evaporates, 5 to 8 minutes

Step 3

Remove burritos from the oven. Place turkey-bean mix ture in the warmed tor tillas, add pepper Jack cheese ,. and roll into burritos Place in a baking pan.

Step 4

Bake in the preheated oven until heated through, about 20 minutes

Thanksgiving Dinner Leftovers Pizza

1 ready to bake piz za crust

1/2 cup McCormick Simply Better Turkey Gravy

1 cup turkey diced

2 cups shredded moz zarella cheese

1/3 cup mashed potatoes

1/2 cup stuffing

1/2 cup cranberr y sauce

2 tbsp freshly chopped parsley

1 Preheat oven to 450 degrees Spread gravy in an even layer onto the ready to bake piz za crust , leaving a small edge for the crust.

Spread diced turkey around the piz za and cover with shredded cheese to keep the turkey from dr ying out.

Spoon small amounts of mashed potatoes and stuffing around the piz za.

4. Driz zle cranberr y sauce on top of piz za. Warm sauce in the micro wave for 30 seconds at a time if needed in order for the sauce to easily driz zle.

5. Bake in the preheated oven for 12 15 minutes until cheese is bubbly and star ting to brown.

6. Remove from oven and garnish with parsley. Slice and ser ve hot.
