Preheat t he oven to 350 deg ree s F. Spray a ba k ing sheet w it h cook ing spray. Clean mu shroom s w it h a damp paper towel;

People w it h sma l l chi ldren common ly prefer hav ing bat ht ubs for t hose lit t le one s. Trending now are “ soa k ing” t ubs, large enough to sin k dow n low and st retch out ! Sound s g reat , doe sn’t it ?

Here’s what I’m t hin k ing: Do you have enough space to put in a t ub and a shower st a l l? If so, t hat may be your solut ion.

So, here’s my per sona l t hought We a l l do improvement s and remodeling in our home s for our enjoy ment . If you would rea l ly enjoy a large wa l k-in shower, maybe t hat t a ke s precedence over being concer ned about re sa le. W ho k now s? W hen you sel l t here may be a buyer t hat would love it t hat way. A not her t hi ng to t hin k about i s how long you plan to live in your home. If t he an s wer i s t hat you don’t see a move sooner t han later you may want to bui ld what you ’ re dreaming of.
