Providing AV Solutions for Growing Biomedical Consulting Company

Client: Trinity Partners Deal Size: $1.6M Deal Drivers: Chris Hartman and Peter Wagner Division: Northeast

Trinity Partners is a Biomedical consulting company, HQ in Waltham, MA. Trinity Partners has 850 employees with projected growth of 25%, and a global footprint with offices in the US, UK, Germany, and India. Rapid growth/expansion is expected due to continual acquisitions (owned by private equity) each quarter. New Era capitalized on fractures in the existing AV relationship with AVI-SPL and having a long-standing proven history as trusted advisor and partner to the client to displace existing AV partner and secure position as AV partner. The initial deal was for AV needs for the India office. Chris Hartman (with support from Peter Wagner) was exceptional in his communication, professionalism, honesty, and ability to build trust throughout the process. These attributes helped win the client over to New Era. New Era is working to deliver and deploy the solution, but the team is off to an excellent start due primarily to the efforts of Chris and his team.
