Your Sea-Scout Group Needs You! At the moment, 9th Lymington is in desperate need of some adult support. Thankfully, Stephen Gough (Harrison’s dad) has volunteered to continue the fantastic job that Akela and Raksha have been doing at cubs, but there are still many more roles that you could fill. It is unfortunate, that due to pressures at work Karen Simpson has had to step down from Group Scout Leader as of immediate effect, may be this is a role that you would like to volunteer for? Or, if you would prefer something more practical on a section night, I know both the scouts and beavers are looking for helpers and assistant leaders (please contact Anne or Helen directly - numbers on the back page). May be you can volunteer to help on a rota basis, once every 3-4 weeks? May be you can use your skills to come down and help with a badge activity? What about joining the fund raising committee?
