For if either of them falls, the one will lift up his companion.” -Ecclesiastes 4:9-10 Pray as we begin our GREATER TOGETHER COMMITMENT CAMPAIGN, that we would join our hearts together as one, and that no one would feel unimportant. Each of us is so valuable to the plan of God.

“I remain confident of this: I will see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living.” -Psalm 27:13 Pray that we would have grateful, appreciative hearts and that in our lifetime, we will see how good God is through our Greater Together Campaign. Pray that we each choose to be generous givers.
Day 2 | Tuesday, February 24
“Jesus prayed, ‘That the Church may all be one; even as You, Father, are in Me and I in You, that they also may be in Us, so that the world may believe that You sent Me.’” -John 17:21 As we gather our hearts together as one, pray that God would bind us together as a close family of believers here at New Hope, and that through our deep love for one another, that the world will see Jesus at work in our midst!
Day 3 | Wednesday, February 25
“For just as we have many members in one body and all the members do not have the same function, so we, who are many, are one body in Christ, and individually members one of another.” -Romans 12:4 We need each other and are connected to each other. This is God’s design. Pray that we each treat one another with love and honor. Pray that we never forget the importance of maintaining healthy relationships.

“Like apples of gold in settings of silver Is a word spoken in right circumstances.� -Proverbs 25:11 Pray that we would learn the power of encouraging words which will build one another up like nothing else could. Pray that we practice this daily during our 40 Days of Prayer and Promise.
Day 5 | Friday, February 27
“Since we have gifts that differ according to the grace given to us, each of us is to exercise them accordingly.� -Romans 12:6 Pray that each of us at New Hope will discover and use whatever gift God has given to us for His purposes. Pray that we would become a church filled with gifted people all fitting together for one purpose!
Day 6 - 7 | Saturday, February 28 - Sunday, march 1
“Therefore, my beloved brethren, be ye steadfast, immoveable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, knowing that your labor is not in vain in the Lord.” -1 Corinthians 15:58 Pray that God will give us courage: courage to give, to forgive, to take risks for the Kingdom of God, to step up, to lead, to use our gifts, to be willing to humble ourselves, to be willing to fail when attempting great things for Christ. “The Lord is my strength and my shield; my heart trusts in Him, and He helps me.� -Psalm 28:7 Pray that we learn to rely on God and trust in Him completely as we hear from Him as to what our gift will be toward the Greater Together Campaign.

“And my God shall supply all your needs according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus� -Philippians 4:19 Pray that we will learn to trust God to supply all our needs and that we will put Him first in every area of our life.
Day 10 | Wednesday, March 4
“If a kingdom is divided against itself, that kingdom cannot stand.” -Mark 3:24 Pray that there will be complete unity at New Hope; that we would pursue God’s best together. Pray that many will attend one of the six Greater Together gatherings and that our hearts will be knit together.
Day 11 | Thursday, March 5
“Other seed fell on good soil. It came up, grew and produced a crop, some multiplying thirty, some sixty, some a hundred times.� -Mark 4:8 Pray for our Easter services on April 4-5 that there will be an abundant harvest and that many will come to know Christ.
Day 12 | Friday, March 6
“Your ears will hear a word behind you, ‘This is the way, walk in it.’” -Isaiah 30:21 Pray that each person will hear from God as to what their part gets to be in the Greater Together Campaign and that they will leave a legacy for generations.
Day 13 - 14 | Saturday, March 7 - Sunday, March 8
“Let our sons in their youth be as grown-up plants, And our daughters as corner pillars fashioned as for a palace.� -Psalms 144:12 Pray for the youth of New Hope Oahu. Pray that the Lord will raise up a generation of great men and women of God. Pray for our two Bible colleges that are training up young leaders for tomorrow.
Day 15 | Monday, March 9
“Therefore we also, since we are surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which so easily ensnares us, and let us run with endurance the race that is set before us, looking unto Jesus, the Author and Finisher of our faith.” -Hebrews 12:1-2 Pray that we each never underestimate the legacy we will leave to the “large cloud of witnesses surrounding us.” That ‘cloud of witnesses’ could very well be those watching us. Pray that through this building, we will leave a legacy of God’s goodness for the generations after us.

“Give, and it will be given to you. A good measure, pressed down, shaken together and running over, will be poured into your lap. For with the measure you use, it will be measured to you.� -Luke 6:38 Pray that we each choose to live generously and trust God to supply and re-supply our needs as we live out our faith in His Word.
Day 17 | Wednesday, March 11
“Make every effort to keep yourselves united in the Spirit, binding yourselves together with peace.” -Ephesians 4:3 Pray today for an amazing unity among us for indeed we are “Greater Together.” The enemy will do his best to keep us apart, but we refuse to allow his crafty deceit to disturb God’s best among us. Pray that those who cannot forgive will learn from the Cross about the power of forgiveness even though the other person may be wrong.
Day 18 | Thursday, March 12
“Therefore do not be anxious, saying, ‘What shall we eat?’ or ‘What shall we drink?’ or ‘What shall we wear?’ For the Gentiles seek after all these things, and your heavenly Father knows that you need them all” -Matthew 6:31-32 Pray that God will provide the funds we need to build and supply even more to expand our ministry to reach more. Pray that each of us will hear God and give a sacrificial gift of generosity as we declare that we are Greater Together!

“And Jesus kept increasing in wisdom and stature, and in favor with God and men.� -Luke 2:52 Pray that God would grant New Hope favor with contractors, vendors, and providers of services as we expand our facilities.

“All these blessings will come upon you and overtake you if you obey the Lord your God: Blessed shall you be in the city, and blessed shall you be in the country” -Deuteronomy 28:3 Pray for our businessmen and women in the marketplace. Pray that God will bless them with prosperity and wisdom and that they will reflect His goodness to those around them. “And the prayer of faith will save the one who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. And if he has committed sins, he will be forgiven.� -James 5:15 Pray that New Hope Oahu will be a place of healing and wholeness, where miracles take place and God is glorified.

“‘For I know the plans that I have for you,’ declares the Lord, ‘plans for welfare and not for calamity to give you a future and a hope.’” -Jeremiah 29:11 Pray that we each realize the amazing privilege God has granted us in our church to be a part of His plans for Hawaii. “Let your light shine before men in such a way that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father who is in heaven� -Matthew 5:16 Pray for the influence of New Hope in our city. Pray that we would continue to reach those who do not know Christ. Pray that our new building expansion will enable thousands to come to faith and begin their walks with Christ.

“And Jesus answered him, “It is written, ‘You shall worship the Lord your God, and him only shall you serve.’” -Luke 4:8 As we approach Palm Sunday, pray for the people of Hawaii that they will come to know God. Pray for the weekend services that many local people will come and hear the story of God in Hawaii.

“When He had come back to Capernaum several days afterward, it was heard that He was at home. And many were gathered together, so that there was no longer room, not even near the door; and He was speaking the word to them.� -Mark 2:1-2 Pray that New Hope would be a place that is always full of people hungry to hear the Word of God and that lives would be transformed through His power.

Pray that God will raise them up for such a time as this.

“How then will they call on him in whom they have not believed? And how are they to believe in him of whom they have never heard? And how are they to hear without someone preaching? And how are they to preach unless they are sent?” -Romans 10:11-15 Pray for those who get invited to our Palm Sunday services. Pray also that the service would be one that will honor God’s work in Hawaii. He has done so much for our state and we want to honor Him this weekend.

“The counsel of the Lord stands forever, the plans of His heart are from generation to generation. Blessed is the nation whose God is the Lord.” -Psalms 33:11-12 Pray for our nation and especially for our state. Pray that the people of Hawaii will know the One who formed them. He has raised up His people to reach the Pacific and Asia and pray that we will willingly respond to His call. Then he said to his disciples, “The harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few; therefore pray earnestly to the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into his harvest.� -Matthew 9:37-38 Pray that each person at New Hope will invite four others this week to Easter and that those four will attend and come to Christ.

“And I have other sheep that are not of this fold. I must bring them also, and they will listen to my voice. So there will be one flock, one shepherd” -John 10:16 Pray for those in your family who do not know Christ and send them an invitation to our Easter Services. Pray that each one of us uses this week to share Christ with people.
Day 38 | Wednesday, April 1
“But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth.” -Acts 1:8 Pray that each of us at New Hope would be a witness for Christ to someone. Pray also that we will hear God for our part in the Greater Together Campaign and that our pledges would be honoring to God. Tonight we will be having a night of prayer for our Easter Services & Building Campaign. This will be followed by a Question & Answer session with Pastor Wayne Cordeiro.
Day 39 | Thursday, April 2
“One man gives freely, yet gains even more; another withholds unduly, but comes to poverty. A generous man will prosper; he who refreshes others will himself be refreshed.” -Proverbs 11:24 We want our church to be filled with people who God has richly provided for, but this includes our faith and trust that He will supply and re-supply our gifts. As we draw near to our Greater Together Campaign weekend, pray that God’s provision will be abundant.
Day 40 | Friday, April 3 Good Friday
“By this all people will know that you are my disciples, if you have love for one another.” -John 13:35 Pray that we join our hearts together and be courageous enough to get past our pasts and embrace the destiny that Jesus died for. We will gather as many sister churches for worship and communion on this evening at Neal Blaisdell Arena. Unity is the beginning of salvation. John 17:23 reminds us: “… that they may become perfectly one, so that the world may know that you sent me and loved them even as you loved me.”
