The Partner Commercial Arrangement is the partner’s sales and service delivery model such as Reseller, Referral, or to remain an Independent Consultant. Serraview offers a complete onboarding program tailored to the requirements and business model of each partner for Sales, Implementation, and Support enablement.
The Partner Type is the partner business category such as: Service Provider, Alliance Partner, or Technology Partner.

Partner may recommend Serraview along with other solutions, but prefers to act as an independent consultant and is solution agnostic.
Commercial Terms:
Reseller receives preferred pricing from Serraview.
Partner receives a referral fee from Serraview.
No fees are paid to Partner.
Sales Process & Demonstrations:
Partner owns the sales process. Serraview supports Partner as desired.
Qualified leads are submitted to Serraview. Partner and Serraview work together.
Serraview engages with the prospect directly.
Support Process:
Partner handles the Level 1 Support.
Serraview handles the Level 1 Support.
Serraview handles the Level 1 Support.
