This intuitive Serraview wayfinding application is accessible via computers, touch-screen kiosks and mobile devices. Additionally, through integration with your company intranet, employees gain the power of productivity right at their fingertips.

Our application leverages floor plans already being maintained in the Serraview Space Planning module and supports your employees’ abilities to: Find a Person, Find a Desk and Find a Room. The easy-touse interface lets them drill down quickly to the floor plan level to find what they are looking for.

Find a Person

To find a person, simply start typing a name in the search bar. When a person is selected, the user can see in near real-time, where their colleague is, whether at a desk, in a conference room or entering the cafeteria. If they are using the Locator mobile app, the employee can quickly initiate a call or email to their colleague with a click of a button.

Find a Desk

Serraview’s Locator Elite makes finding a place to work effortless. By clicking on the Find a Desk button, employees can see what desks are available, throughout the building, and reserve it for immediate use. An easy-to-use map of each floor highlights the available desks. Desks currently in use, are greyed out.

Find a Room

Identify free meeting rooms quickly with Locator Elite.

When configured with the calendar functionality, employees can use filters to select a conference room for an amount of time, with the right number of seats and with specific equipment like conference phones, TV, and whiteboards. All available meeting rooms that meet the criteria are highlighted graphically on the floor plan. You can also perform just-in-time booking to hold them for use.

A powerful solution for the modern workplace Serraview’s Locator Elite is a highly scalable solution that can be used in traditional workplaces, but was truly developed to support employees in agile or activity-based work (ABW) environments. It is integrated with Microsoft© Exchange Server or Google Calendar™ to provide employees with just-in-time booking of your company’s conference rooms.
