Peace of Mind Pledge With nearly four decades’ experience operating tours, together with our excellent supplier and partnership relationships, you can rest assured that we are well-prepared to ensure your safety and wellbeing.
1. Flexible Booking Protection
5. Enhanced cleaning programmes
If you need to change your booking due to Covid-19, you can do at any point up until your departure.*
Regular sanitisation and extra cleaning steps are taken across all our partners.
2. Updated Covid-19 Cover Travel Insurance
Many countries are opening and travel to and from your favourite destinations is much simpler. However, we recognise that some customers feel a little uncertain, want to feel secure and understand your flexible booking options prior to booking and in advance of their departure.
We selected a new travel insurance partner, Holiday Extras to give you comprehensive support if the need arises to amend your booking due to a Covid-19-related event.
We will help you to understand any testing or entry requirements needed for your destination and returning home.
For your reassurance, we have an eight-point Peace of Mind Pledge. For the most updated version of our Peace of Mind Pledge, please see www.newmarketholidays.co.uk/wellbeing
